Chantarelle has been operating on the professional cosmetics market for nearly 10 years. In an interview with Beauty Forum, Ewa Alot, marketing director, reveals the behind-the-scenes of the company’s success, its operating philosophy and the highlights of working with business partners.

 

Please tell Beauty Forum readers the history of the brand in a few words Chantarelle.

Chantarelle is a Polish brand of professional dermocosmetics and cosmeceuticals and innovative aesthetic equipment. It has in-house know-how for aesthetic medicine, cosmetic and dermo aesthetic surgeries, Medical and SPA Wellness facilities. The brand recently inaugurated its ninth year on the professional market. From the beginning, we have focused on the creation of preparations and treatments rich in effective and innovative active ingredients. The substances come from the laboratories of the best pharmaceutical companies from all over the world. Often, these ingredients are cutting-edge and unique both in terms of procedures and spectrum of application. This is the greatest asset of our products. always respecting the principles of safety and rationality of their use.

 

We specialise in skin care cosmetics and dermocosmetics for the face and body. You also offer the latest generation of apparatus. What idea drives the creation of your products and cosmetic lines?

We currently have more than 220 state-of-the-art professional products, more than 80 home care products and modern, professional cosmetic equipment. Our multi-generational team is united by creativity, passion, knowledge and experience. Thanks to these qualities, we succeed in our mission – to develop and implement innovative solutions for even the most problematic skin. We place particular emphasis on a spectacular, fast dermoesthetic effect and the convenience of application. And, at the same time, satisfaction and business benefits for our partners and their customers. Examples of treatment lines, created according to our concepts, are, for example, the Red Stop series for vascular skin and rosacea – containing PHA and AzA acid, and the latest, innovative, already awarded two gold medals Ferulashi- line of dermoaesthetic rejuvenation, barrier hydration and soothing of sensitive, reactive skin, with symptoms of AD, with the laser method of magneto-photodynamic peeling, with ferulic and shikimic acid. Among the devices, we highlight here the innovative, gold medal-winning Photo-Dynamiq® LLLT Laser Magnetic Field with magnetic field of our know-how.

 

What distinguishes the brand in the professional cosmetics market? What is the motto of your company?

We are distinguished by our innovative approach to the challenges of modern cosmetology and dermoesthetics. We always strive to meet the expectations of our practice partners and their best customers by offering them excellent treatment results. We create our products on the basis of and using the latest methods and knowledge from the currently so dynamically developing biochemistry, biotechnology and sciences related to medicine. The path we have chosen allows us not only to eliminate the effects, but also to reach the causes of skin problems. The graphical expression of our actions is our brand logo, a combination of a (bio)technological element with a plant element – the group of plant extracts in the composition of our preparations is still powerful and constitutes an important part of the brand philosophy. The aspect of high specialisation and technological sophistication of our products is particularly important, especially in the current market conditions – the client of the salon expects fast, preferably immediate results. Achieving these not only allows us to stand out in the professional services market, but also ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty. At this point, I would also like to emphasise the attractiveness of our preparations and equipment in terms of price, proven logistics (fast shipping) and professional training.

How does your training offer for professionals look like?

We focus on working directly with our partners, providing them with one-to-one training when they choose our brand. The scope of our range and the sophistication of our formulations and treatment lines and devices requires excellent knowledge of procedures and methods. In individual contact, taking into account the specific interests of our partners in a given subject, we have the best chance of passing on the necessary knowledge and learning about the needs of our contractors at the same time. We also organise regular presentations, especially of new lines, including acid treatments, and equipment presentations.

 

What are the company’s development plans?

The development plans are extensive and ambitious. We have a number of projects underway, including new preparations and devices for dermo aesthetics. In the near future, we will present our latest device, the Thermo-Spherix® M-RF Thermo Laser. This will be a rotating magnetic field laser with a preparation programme for the body. The laser will be used for intensive thermo-modelling and lifting, as well as non-surgical lipoplasty, cellulite reduction and slimming. We are also pursuing new export projects.
