We have completed a competition on the occasion of Women’s Day organised jointly with SerwisUroda.pl. The task was to describe your ways of spring regeneration. Do you focus on moisturising, oxygenating, cleansing or firming? What at-home or salon treatments help you prepare for the spring season? Below are a selection of contributions.
I like winter, I love going to the mountains, playing in the snow, skiing and mulled wine. Unfortunately this time of year is not digested by my body. There is no need to fool around but to realise that we can see the effects of the winter weather – frost, wind, low temperatures, dry air from central heating in flats, less and less sunshine, practically no fresh fruit and vegetables and, consequently, no essential macro and micro vitamins. It takes its toll on my beauty. My skin becomes grey, tired and severely dry. My hair, which is hidden under a hat all the time, is unmanageable, frizzy and greasy. My love of winter is waning. I miss spring, and it is not just me; my skin misses it too, as it needs moisturising, deep cleansing and oxygenation. That is why, when winter is gone (this year’s winter is gone very quickly), I start my spring regeneration by making an appointment with my beautician for microdermabrasion and fruit acid treatments. After cleansing and exfoliation, it’s time for solid hydration and oxygenation of the skin. This instantly improves the condition of my skin and its appearance. At home, I use everything I have in my kitchen to prepare scrubs and masks, which I apply twice a week. In addition to systematic and comprehensive skin care, I change my diet, drink more mineral water and supplement my vitamin intake. I also go rollerblading, cycling and swimming.
Dry skin is my bane and if not properly cared for makes me scared of even a monster. Rough, grey and uninvigorated, it cries out: SHE does not look after me! SHE is me, and I don’t have to explain it to you, only that with such judgements my skin hurts my soul… After all, this nightmare is neither my fault nor mine, and my skin punishes me for it by sagging, dullness, greyness and nasty wrinkles. Because I do my best: I use gentle cosmetics to wash my skin and I even give her a scrub once a week. After all, I remember to cleanse her of toxins, so I also look after her from the inside – It goes without saying. I drink a lot of water, eat a lot of greens, and she’s still not happy – is that really the right thing to do? So a mask can still help me out in my misery: hydrate, illuminate, oxygenate and maybe my SKIN will stop complaining so much? I know that if I hadn’t been so indulgent this winter, my skin would certainly make a better impression on itself now. But well, it’s no good crying over spilt milk, so I do my best to correct my mistakes. And I think I have found the happiness of my SKIN: CHANTARELLE cosmetics will be the embodiment of my dreams and hers… They will surely help me in my misery and raise my SKIN to a state of splendour.
Spring is full of hot adventures and love, but it has no mercy on our skin. So we must help our bodies to survive this time, so that we can enjoy our beauty and have no problems. The sun, innocent though it may be, can be so beautifully golden on the skin, when used in excess, it is harmful and can cause us a lot of trouble, if we forget to apply UV sunscreen at midday. A sleepless night – and it was supposed to be so wonderful. The second thing is to moisturise, spring sometimes dries out the skin. The spring wind forces the use of body lotions. Hair gets a little shine in spring, when the sun shines on them at dawn, giving us energy and essential vitamins, which cheers up our cheerful faces after winter. To help the sunshine take care of your hair, you should listen to sensible voices and treat your hair with care and attention, so that no clumps of hair are left behind after a bath. Do away with blow-drying, which damages the hair, let the hairdryer squeak from its solitude in the cupboard. We add a new conditioner to our shampoo, for healthier hair. We change our nutrition, from winter to healthy, let it be a summer spring diet, but also a new lifestyle. After all, hair shine is also influenced by our metabolism, not just nutrition. It’s worth going for a jog. How about some gymnastics? The body is an interconnected vessel and everything comes together in it. The healthier we live, the healthier we look, The healthier we live, the healthier we look, and beautiful hair is not only the business card of an elegant lady. A visit to the hairdresser’s will also help, to refresh your hair and get it together. He or she will be able to advise us on what works for us and give us more shine, so that we don’t have to walk around in a helmet out of shame! If we do all this our hair will be shiny, healthy and attractive! As for make-up for the spring voyage: I rather opt for pastels, fashions are different, tastes are many, but they are still fashionable colours whatever the season, suitable for all of us and for every cut. The make-up must be delicate and not drown out the smile, after a winter’s sleep, the smile plays a major role, it must be natural, not forced, It must be natural and not forced, which is unnatural. If we surrender to the spring charm, we will be more beautiful in body and healthy in soul!
When all of nature awakens to life and the sun begins to look shyly from behind the clouds, it means that it is high time to change winter skin care and think about spring regeneration of the skin, face and body. Here’s how I give myself and my body a boost of spring vitality: – First of all, I try to shed old skin with a properly done scrub. However, I don’t always manage to get this done in a professional beauty salon, in which case I use familiar and tried-and-tested peeling recipes at home. One to two times a week, I alternate between two scrubs: – Oatmeal scrub. I add 1 tablespoon of honey and the juice of half a lemon to 3 tablespoons of crushed oatmeal. I mix thoroughly, then place in the fridge for 30 minutes. After taking it out, I add 1 tbsp of milk. Once mixed, I apply to my face which has been thoroughly cleansed beforehand. I massage over the basin for 5 minutes. I apply the remaining oatmeal slurry to my face again and leave it on for 15 minutes. After this time, I wash off with lukewarm water. – A second type of scrub that I also use on my whole body is the sugar scrub. I pour a small amount of water into 2 teaspoons of sugar, which allows me to spread the sugar on the skin. I massage the sugar onto my previously thoroughly cleansed face for 5 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water. – Once I’ve shed the burden of winter’s unwanted skin, I reach for a homemade honey or celery moisturiser or use serums, which contain much more active ingredients. I look for creams that contain coenzyme Q10, marine algae, vitamins A, E and Coraz D-panthenol. As moisturising is promoted by glycerine, hyaluronic acid, urea and polysaccharides, and the natural protective lipid barrier is helped by rebuilding ceramides and fatty acids, so I choose preparations that contain as many of these substances as possible. In spring, in addition to using a lighter cream, I try to move away from full make-up, as I believe that the skin should breathe and enjoy the rays of the first sun, possibly replacing fluid with BB cream. – In order to achieve a faster regeneration of the skin after winter, to restore its natural protective barriers and thus bring out the natural radiance of the complexion after winter, I use a micellar emulsion, which does not contain soap or any irritants, for my daily skin cleansing. – In my spring regeneration, I do not forget my hands and feet, which also need special care after winter. – Once a week, I pour warm water into a bowl in the evening and soak my feet in it for about 10-15 minutes. I add flaxseed or ordinary table salt to the water. I then use a pumice stone to exfoliate the accumulated skin, after which I apply a thick layer of nourishing cream to the well-cleaned skin of my feet and cotton socks, in which I sleep all night. – I also give my hands a bath once a week in warm water with lemon juice or milk and honey. I soak them for about 15 minutes, then apply a sugar scrub, after which I wash it off thoroughly and apply a moisturiser. – However, I realise that in order to have beautiful skin after winter, it is not enough just to exfoliate the old epidermis and use appropriate preparations; it is also necessary to nourish the skin from within, so a rational diet is very important. I try to provide my body with the right amount of water every day, I drink at least 2 litres of fluids, but not only in the form of water, but also juices, herbal teas and fruit cocktails. I start my day with a nutritious, light breakfast, usually a fibre-rich bran-based shake with banana, apples, oranges and dates, and during the day I reach for fruit and vegetables even more often than in winter. I try to replace meat with sea fish, which is a valuable source of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, and the Greek salad, which I and my family members love, is starting to reign supreme on my table again. – With the arrival of spring, I also definitely increase my physical activity, spend more time outdoors, walk, run and cycle. All so that I can enjoy spring to the full and show off my body proudly in the summer. To bring out the dormant glow of beauty that lies dormant within me!
I prepare my body for the arrival of spring, I’m giving my skin the right care. It needs nourishment, hydration and regeneration, It looks beautiful after my treatments. First of all, I remove dead skin thoroughly, So that the skin looks nice. I use scrubs and brightening masks for my skin, I massage my skin vigorously. I rub lotions and firming cosmetics into my skin daily, to eliminate orange peel. It becomes radiant and changes its colour, It becomes radiant. I don’t forget about sunscreens, Because I want to have a nice complexion all the time. I moisturise and nourish my body from within, I eat more fruit and vegetables, I love them. I run, oxygenate and walk a lot, I exercise regularly and feel great afterwards. I avoid stimulants and drink lots of juices and water, I do all this for my beauty. I get body massages to improve my blood circulation, They firm my skin perfectly. I also have a home spa, I relax a lot. I also ride my bike and shape my body, I lose weight, it really works. In spring, I take better care of my body and my figure, I take alternate showers and shape my body. To keep my skin beautiful and healthy, You need to give it many hours of sleep. After all the beauty treatments My skin and body are ready for spring, Well-groomed because they’ve been properly regenerated.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, your skin needs a lot of care after winter. When the wind and frost are gusting, after winter, the skin doesn’t look its best. It is pale, inflexible and tired, the need for regeneration is justified. The skin is dried out after winter, needs to be pampered in spring. We women, have our secrets. I will share them with you, gladly and boldly. I am all for skin renewal, I don’t want my skin to look like a wreck. Physical activity increases in spring, there is no shortage of exercise. I try to vary my diet without question, thanks to these “ingredients”, my skin is changing for the better. I make myself a home spa without a beauty salon, my skin can manage. Therefore, without a doubt, I have a daily plan for my skin. Systematic peeling rebuilds the skin layer, once a week, my skin recharges its batteries. It has a positive effect. It absorbs into the skin, is a great way to moisturise it. Cleansing masks, are very soothing for my skin. I drink herbal teas and still water, then I feel a sort of cooling sensation in my body. My complexion is normal, so every now and then a non-trivial mask is created. From wheat flour in hot milk and fashion, oh youthful beauty. I use vitamin creams, I do not buy supplements. I use relaxing baths, After which I feel as if I have been born again. I heat a litre of milk over a small fire, and pour warm water over the bath. Then add a glass of honey, and I become passionate. I pour it all into the bath and into a relaxing bath. My body after this bath, will play every role. This is how I take care of my body, making me feel one of the beautiful and confident ladies.
Spring hasn’t greeted me very cheerfully this year, as I was already out of work at the start. Therefore, visits to the beautician and beauty salons have to wait a bit. Instead, I have more time to take care of myself and my body. For me, spring regeneration is all about cleansing, which both body and soul need. A full body scrub is therefore fundamental. This exfoliates dead skin and cleanses the pores. In addition, I regularly wash my skin with a homemade toner made from aloe vera juice and lemon. This season (as I have more time), I am focusing on lots of outdoor exercise and fitness (including facial exercises). I hope the results will be visible soon, as I need to look good while looking for a new job.
My skin is dry and dehydrated and grey after winter, so it needs special care. I always start my skin care with a thorough cleansing with a scrub, so that the skin is better oxygenated, dead skin is removed and it better absorbs nutrients, vitamins that are in creams, lotions. On the occasion of exfoliation, I perform a face and body massage. I regularly use nourishing masks to restore the skin’s radiance, including homemade ones made from fruit, cottage cheese, cream, honey, lemon and olive oil. In spring I rely on light moisturising creams that do not weigh down the skin. If cellulite appears, I often massage my body with a special glove and rub in anti-cellulite cosmetics. I also ensure that my skin is well nourished from within by eating plenty of vegetables, fruit and products containing omega 3 and 6 acids, and drinking up to 2 litres of mineral water.
My way to a visible regeneration – I use a deep enzyme scrub for smooth firm skin to break through like STOCKS on melting snow
– a massage glove helps me to CLEAN up winter’s sins of omission
– a nourishing mask in the colour of juicy TRUSCUMBER
– spray my face with thermal water reminiscent of the first WHOLE RAIN
– pat on a sunscreen ready to welcome the first rays of sunshine
– I’m going for laser hair removal
– because MOWING THE GROW is an indispensable symbol that it’s already SPRING;-) Greetings Sunshine
When spring is under my belt, my body, my skin, It wants extra treatments, it can’t be a cottage industry. I shower in the morning, my body is scrubbed there too, Then I rub in a good lotion, don’t let that fool anyone. Because this is a shower lotion, I apply it and rinse it off, Afterwards, my skin shines naturally. Then I have to do something with my face that’s healthy for it, Because my capillaries are red, what will help them in spring? It’s also new to me, what I’ve acquired, it’s a real virtuoso, It’s a BB cream that will also help my capillaries. Because it’s still cooler in spring, I need to protect my skin, So that I don’t lose the miracle of my treatments too quickly. After my bath, it’s breakfast, I have to say with all my might, That this meal gives me a lot of energy. Very quickly I rush to work, on foot of course, My whole body will rejoice in the spring. During the day I have a water mist, I use it when I can, To moisturise my skin, it’s a great help. And in the evening it’s time for me. For me and my body, Then I have a home spa, it’s great in springtime. I use a lot of treatments for my body and my skin, They’re great because I use cosmetics that are from nature. So there’s the Argan oil cream, There’s a mask that moisturises, because it has cucumber juice, and then there’s a serum, because my capillaries are red, It’s great for me, so they disappear in a flash. Spring is the season, which is cooler, so then, Whether I want to or not, I have to act like a doctor for my skin. The power of treatment is before bed to regenerate the skin, And to make it pleasant, I like to add a bath.
Below, I list the uncomplicated, yet essential activities for spring facial skin regeneration.
– A general overhaul! Of course, the face:-) I use a scrub 1-2 times a week for this. This exfoliates everything that is dead (usually skin cells) and stimulates circulation so that cosmetics are better absorbed.
– Masquerade. I usually do this after exfoliating. It soothes my “tired” face.
– Lotioning. I finish the whole ritual with this. It is the final swipe of the brush on the canvas. I finish the job by infusing nutrients into the facial skin.
Spring mercilessly exposes imperfections, but I have tried-and-tested ways and an army of specialised cosmetics that can take care of every part of my body. My goal is a perfect figure, a slim and firm body, gently tanned, a rested and glowing face and treatments that are fun. I regularly exfoliate my skin with a scrub 1-2 times a week-it’s essential. I don’t use a ready-made one, but one I make myself. Sugar mixed with a little olive oil makes an excellent scrub. Coarse salt, ground nuts and almonds have a similar effect. Such a scrub will smooth perfectly. It will remove the top, keratinised layer and give your skin a smoother and nicer tone. During the shower, I massage the skin with a rough glove, using a circular motion from the bottom up. This is a recipe for success in the fight against cellulite. I also give massages, which not only have a relaxing, relaxing or stimulating effect. This is one of the oldest methods to help maintain a beautiful body. Instead of going to the solarium, I use self-tanners. A lightly tanned body looks slimmer. My face glow is provided by outstanding specialists: energising and moisturising day cream, nourishing night cream enriched with vit. B3, moisturising, oxygenating and firming masks, peeling and brightening foundation. I also don’t forget preparations with high UV filters, because the spring sun is treacherous. To the recipe for successful skincare, it is worth adding a proper diet and exercise.
When the first rays of spring sunshine appear outside the window, an extraordinary strength enters me, which I use as a first step to tidy up my wardrobe. I put my thick winter clothes and heavy boots at the bottom of my wardrobe, wishing in my heart that I didn’t have to use them for as long as possible. I hate winter for the damage it does to my sensitive skin, making it much worse, despite the intensive care I give it in winter to soothe the irritation caused by adverse conditions. Getting it right so that it is beautiful in spring, like nature coming back to life, is no easy task, but filled with positive energy, I face it. Meticulous exfoliation of the entire body to remove keratinised epidermis and intensive moisturising with an emphasis on regeneration fills a large part of my busy day, as well as depleting my wallet by purchasing a large number of effective, but unfortunately very expensive cosmetics. Sometimes I feel like letting go, but I don’t, lest the effects already visible go to waste. I want to wear airy dresses in vibrant colours on warmer days and see how they look on well-groomed skin that shines with a healthy glow and blends beautifully with the glowing complexion of a visibly satisfied face….
When it’s getting late. This is why, after a ritual bath in sweet gel scents, circular sponge massages, in the meantime with a nourishing mask or clay on the face, washing the body, I rinse it alternately with cold and hot showers, which means I prepare it solidly to receive lotions and creams. I gently cleanse my face with a cotton pad soaked in a micellar solution, moisturise with a toner, gently pat in a rejuvenating cream or an anti-wrinkle cream, and carefully apply liquid keratin to my eyelashes and eyebrows. I also use masks, if there are fruit and home-made ingredients: tea or carrot pods – all kinds are available, as well as bananas, strawberries, raspberries – I use them to pacify my face, and alternatively I use juicy, hydrated cucumber: I crush little pieces of fruit, squeeze a few drops of cod liver oil or vitamin A E from a capsule, add honey or yoghurt – and such a paste stays on my face for 20 minutes. I wash it off with warm water, use a micellar lotion and once again discover the beauty and hydration of my skin! I use a moisturising cream to make up for the perfect treatment, quickly and efficiently repairing the effects of imperfections in skin nutrition and dryness by all means! And now that it is springtime, my dear lady, I have to stick to other rules of thumb in my skincare routine! This is why it is important to renew the skin, moisturise it and provide it with a significant layer of UV filters, a so-called gentle anti-ageing film on the face – this is what everyone who loves healthy skin always dreams of at this time. And I make these dreams come true – skin wishes come true by applying moisturising and protective creams with sun protection factors when out in the warmth and the breeze, and in the evening, after a thorough make-up removal, I apply moisturising and nourishing methods – this cheers the skin to regeneration! Creams with evening primrose also work well here, as they provide a protective barrier in early spring, are well absorbed and do not leave a smear on the face! Lipstick is a must, of course, as well as Vitamin A and E cream… And I always rub my body with home-made butters and lotions in the spa so that the skin is not dried out, but well moisturised and lubricated, and so that it is satisfied with the additional relaxing massage and my health-promoting action! I use a special lotion on my feet, I don’t forget about them, they also have their five minutes and absorb the nourishing cream and the urea cream perfectly! And, of course, it’s no news that I take care of my hands like every other girl – I cream them often, rub them in thoroughly, massage them – they need to be protected so as not to suffer from dry hands later on!
My spring skin and body regeneration:)
I love spring and it is very important to me that my body and skin are in good condition. In spring I want to take off my clothes and show off my body, but in order to do that my skin has to shine and sparkle;)I start my regeneration after winter with a thorough cleansing of my skin and body. Firstly, a cleansing diet, I drink a lot of mineral water, which not only cleanses my body but deeply hydrates my skin. As for the skin, a scrub is what helps me to regenerate my skin! Because with it I exfoliate the old epidermis and give the opportunity to stimulate new cells! Thanks to regular exfoliation my skin is smooth and shiny and cleansed, and of course moisturised:))Besides, physical activity is very important to me, because it makes my body slimmer and my skin firmer:)As for cosmetics I change the cream for a lighter one that moisturises and nourishes my facial skin, I use serums that brighten it beautifully, also from body butter I change it for a brightening and moisturising lotion:)I will also write yes, what is important for me in spring regeneration-sleep-good sleep, rested skin is beautiful! And also Love-Best for Everything
Spring at last. Now, in the glow of the warm rays of the sun, we want to be especially beautiful. By beautiful appearance, some people mean a beautiful and healthy body, while others consider it beautiful when this body is nicely wrapped up, but I believe that it is not the garment that adorns a person and I will focus on the body. We all have our own ways of caring for our beauty. It all depends on our tastes, our approach to our bodies and our wallets, which in times of crisis is also important. But any woman who “wants to” can manage everything. We all know that the best cure for our bodies is to move around in the fresh air; nothing else can put us in such an optimistic and combative mood to fight for a beautiful appearance. Not to mention the unnecessary kilos that will fly off somewhere on their own. So let’s go for a long walk where there is as little car exhaust as possible or at least for a few minutes’ jogging near the house. To make it easier for your body to regenerate, let’s allow ourselves a moment of luxury and an evening just for us – put on our favourite music and take an aromatic half-hour bath, which will help us relax and calm down. Then massage a milk or moisturiser into your skin in a gentle circular motion and spend the rest of the evening as you wish. And now, after the winter, it is the skin that needs intensive moisturising, as it has been exposed to bad weather for months. Before we start, we need to cleanse our skin: either with a gentle shop-bought scrub or with the simplest of home-made scrubs, such as rolled oatmeal, which we then use to slowly massage our face and neck. Another way to cleanse is with a fresh cucumber mask, which you wash and slice. Spread a thin layer of natural yoghurt over the face and then place the cucumber slices on the forehead, cheeks and chin. After 20 minutes, we remove them and wash our face with lukewarm, boiled water. Our skin will thank us immensely and will repay us with a beautiful glow if we start using moisturising masks regularly, e.g. mix one egg yolk with a teaspoon of honey and apple cider vinegar and add egg white beaten to a fluffy foam. Apply the mask to the face and neck and after 20 minutes wash off with lukewarm water. Let’s also remember our hands my homemade method is: We dip our hands in a bowl of heated olive oil for 15-20 minutes and then put on cotton gloves overnight. This treatment is best done 1 -2 times a week. Another way to improve the appearance of the dull skin on our hands is to apply a brightening mask. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, then add a teaspoon of honey and a cup of warm milk. We rub the emulsion into our hands several times a day! And as for my hair, I used to pointlessly use a lot of conditioners, lotions, masks, until finally someone advised me to try hair silk. And in this I discovered salvation for my hair. This is because hair silk is a product of natural origin with sensational efficacy. As a result of using silk, my hair has become – smooth, shiny, very easy to comb, moisturised, bouncy and healthy, easy to style thanks to its mirror-like surface, much slower to get dirty, split ends disappear, hair loss is significantly reduced. The effects of the improvement in the condition of my hair are permanent, even when I use it less frequently. Importantly, silk is natural and what is naturally good! And for the soul, let’s give ourselves a little luxury in the form of fashionable make-up or a hairstyle that puts us in a good mood. And let’s not forget a new, fresh and energising perfume, or maybe some candlelight around the neck or in the ears and we are already beautiful and blooming like spring!
We women are often too critical of ourselves, ashamed of our bodies. We still have something to reproach ourselves for and lots of kilos to lose. Thinking positively about yourself is a difficult art. It requires a distance from one’s own beauty that many of us lack…. Especially now in spring, when we put on lighter clothes and expose our bodies more. I, after many years of unsuccessful weight loss and torturing myself with draconian diets, decided to accept and like myself. Finding my reflection in the mirror beautiful did not come easily, but I did it. Today, I see in the mirror a smiling, well-groomed woman who can put on beautiful make-up and choose clothes to emphasise her assets. After all, no one said that wearing a size 40 is impossible to feel beautiful, sexy and very feminine. Now, in spring, I choose lighter-textured creams and lotions for my skin care, I like to buy eye shadow in cheerful colours and accentuate my nails with bold colours. On weekends, when I have more time to myself, I like to have a little spa in my own bathroom. I light an aromatic candle, apply a face mask and try to relax, recharging my batteries for the week ahead.
I don’t think there is a more anticipated time of year than spring. With its first breath, the earth rejuvenates, waking up to life. That is why I have a special desire to be beautiful in spring. “Mirror, tell me … “, however, I am sometimes afraid of this truth. If we take proper care of our skin in winter, protecting it from wind and frost – we don’t have to be afraid of the “mirror” truth. However, often the truth about our appearance can turn out to be painful. The skin on the face has become dry, rough, has lost its velvety feel, has an unhealthy grey tinge, the eyes are puckered and the eyelids are blue. Extraordinary measures must be taken to rejuvenate it. Extraordinary – that means fast and effective! For a start, I suggest a “rehabilitation” mask: mix one tablespoon of kefir or curdled milk with a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of oatmeal, add a pinch of salt. Apply the mixture to the face and neck, rinse with warm, then cool water after 20 minutes. This mask will help to restore the skin’s natural colour and strengthen it. A honey and egg yolk mask has a similar effect. And to restore the skin’s smoothness and velvety texture, remove redness and even smooth out fine lines, I recommend wiping your face at night with a decoction of the aforementioned oatmeal: I pour 2 tablespoons of flakes over a litre of water and boil10 minutes. And a 15-minute hand bath in this decoction softens the skin and removes redness. I also don’t forget about the miraculous properties of fruit and vegetables. I apply slices of fresh cucumber to my eyelids and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Cucumber juice is known to have a whitening effect and can be rubbed all over the face, neck and décolleté. Various masks made from grated fruit (e.g. apples, kiwi) mixed with honey also work well. I apply the mask for 15 minutes and, accompanied by relaxing music, relax not only myself but also my skin. And let nothing stop my pursuit of beauty, as nothing can stop the coming spring!
I would define my daily skin treatment as OPERATION BEAUTY! I take care of my complexion with proven methods: Body disinfection – every morning and evening I wash my face with antibacterial gel using alternating cool and warm water to skin and also improve circulation. In the evenings, I make herbal steamers: pour a little sage, fresh ginger and lavender over boiling water, which soothes irritation and further refreshes. Moisturising treatment – I give myself a little home-made moisturising spa at least once a week: I mix buttermilk with half a glass of mineral water in a ceramic bowl, then add 2 tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon. I apply the mask to my face and massage it into my skin for at least 5 minutes. Finally, I rinse it off with lukewarm water. A shot of good energy – I do sport! I run, dance and go for long walks with my dog in the evenings, which keeps my body and facial complexion in great shape, oxygenated and also in the summer and tanned by the sun. Vitamin diet – I drink 2 litres of fluids every day, mainly mineral water, and eat meals rich in vegetables and fruit.
FIRST NUTRITION: I try to strengthen my complexion from the inside by taking products rich in vitamins and minerals (especially zinc, potassium, vitamin D, E), and I also take care of my face from the outside and therefore force myself to drink yeast and other concoctions that are unpalatable to me. SECONDLY a home spa for the skin at least once a week, which is a homemade moisturising mask: I mix buttermilk with half a glass of mineral water, then add 2 tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon. I apply the mixture to my skin and massage it in for about 5 minutes. Finally rinse off with lukewarm water.
FOURTH DRYING: After washing, I always gently wipe my skin in a cotton T-shirt. FIFTH: I turn into a herbalist and gather nettle, field horsetail, chamomile, mint and hazelnut leaves. I dry the aforementioned resources of Mother Nature and have a first-aid kit for my complexion full of health and vitality throughout the year. I make regular rinses – at least once a week – out of my precious acquisitions by adding a little honey.
W – great wardrobe tidy up! 🙂
I – ntellectual spiritual entertainment, e.g. theatre (intellectual form is also important)
O – rganise your day so that there is enough time for gymnastics, walking, cycling…
S – take a brisk walk for at least half an hour a day
N – I don’t buy sweets and sugary drinks because I avoid unnecessary calories.
A – mbitious fight against the excess weight I always have after winter.
I – mbitally run errands to relieve my mind and memory. I regain my
F- orma by taking vitamins and eating fruit and vegetables.
O – I am careful with the colours of my clothes, I dress lighter and prettier, i.e. in springtime
R – ear is particularly important to me because it gives me energy. I love, love and more love because it beautifies my body and soul!
I – nteresting culinary menu meaning lots of vegetables, rice….
E – nergy, which I derive from everything going on around me.
In winter, our skin is affected by the cold wind on the one hand, the frosty air on the other – it is exposed to dryness through air conditioning and heating…. Therefore, waking up in spring from the winter slumber firstly – I get out of bed with my right foot and greet the day with a broad smile, oh so: A smile is good for everything, and for wrinkles too…it smooths and rejuvenates, plus it’s ridiculously cheap. Then I reach for a bottle of mineral water, with which I hydrate my skin from the inside, and nourish it from the inside with delicious vitamins and minerals and a balanced diet. Moisturised and nourished skin is easier to recover from. Once I get to the bathroom, I quickly wash off the remnants of my sleep with an alcohol-free gel and apply moisturiser and UV sunscreen, because I don’t want the sun to add years to my skin. Sometimes I also pave the way with a banquet mask, which gives me a glow in a flash…In the heat of the battle against wrinkles, I also make use of a serum that is gently absorbed into my skin. Needless to say, I only choose natural cosmetics? As the day goes by, I get more and more tired, and with me – my skin, especially my face, tells me that I would like to rest – after all, that’s what the evening is for, followed by the night… So, after a warm bath, I wash off all traces of the day’s events, carefully remove my make-up and re-apply the anti-wrinkle serum and nourishing cream. Sometimes I also rely on homemade natural remedies, such as a coffee and olive oil scrub or olive oil itself as an elixir of eternal youth, smoothness and skin firmness…It regenerates, moisturises and preserves the tanned skin tone…. Ana lastly, an irreplaceable, deep, rejuvenating sleep, during which my skin regenerates and rests. The first wrinkles will visit me one day, that’s for sure, but for the time being, despite all my love for nature, sometimes I would like to betray its laws and turn back time for my skin for a change…or at least stop it for a while and enjoy youth and beauty for longer….
