Why don’t all users see the Professional Customer pricing?

CHANTARELLE is a retail and professional dermocosmetics brand. Its professional cosmetics offering is intended for cosmetologists and physicians. They possess the knowledge and skills to perform specialized cosmetic treatments or aesthetic medicine procedures. Care and due diligence are required when applying many specialized products. Access to the Professional Customer service is also available to owners and employees of beauty salons, spas, and aesthetic medicine practices, as well as students, lecturers, and faculty at beauty schools and medical universities.

 

How can I shop at www.chantarelle.co.uk?

• If you are a retail customer, you must register at www.chantarelle.co.uk. If you already have an account, log in. Then, go to the online store category and select products by clicking the shopping cart icon.
• If you are a Professional Customer – after registration, please wait for an email confirming your status, which is sent by the administrator of our online store. Once you receive this email, you can take advantage of the full offer – also for Professional Customers.
• After selecting products in the online store, the system will prompt you to provide any missing information, such as payment method, shipping, and other details. Please enter any comments or requests regarding your order and shipping in the NOTES AND SUGGESTIONS field.

 

I am a Professional Customer – how can I take advantage of the full offer?

If you are a Professional Customer, you can view the full offer and access the “For Professionals” section. However, you must authorize your Professional Client status: provide your company’s Tax Identification Number (NIP)???? in the registration form and/or send a scan/photocopy of a document confirming your connection to the professional cosmetics industry:
• entry in the business register – salon/SPA, etc.,
• diploma from a beauty school/university,
• student ID or beauty school ID,
It is possible to authorize your Professional Client account only by entering your company’s Tax Identification Number (NIP)????, if it indicates your business is related to the professional cosmetics industry.
The document can be sent via:
• the form on the SEND DOCUMENT subpage

• by fax to 226104440

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs within Great Britain are 10£ gross, regardless of the customer’s chosen delivery method (courier company, British Post) and payment method (prepayment by bank transfer, cash on delivery).
For orders over 100£ gross for retail customers and over 200£ gross for professional customers, shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
