Fundamental youth mask, intensively regenerating, firming and anti-wrinkle.
This is an intensive rejuvenating formula aimed at restoring the sculpture and structure of the skin of the face and bust. It reduces the signs of skin ageing accelerated by oestrogen deficiency and hormonal disorders. The mask replenishes estrogen deficiency in the skin. Increases fibroblast metabolism and synthesis of collagen fibres and proteoglycans. It improves skin hydration, density and firmness and evens out skin tone. The mask is also excellent for massage. The skin becomes more resilient and supple, moisturised, with smoothed wrinkles, better circulated and nourished, with a radiant colour. The light velvety texture of the mask, scented with Sandalwood Album oil, gives a sensual feast of application and effects – the skin is strengthened and soft after the massage.
The mask is designed for the skin treatment of mature women 50+ and women with hormone-related problems. Skin ageing accelerated by oestrogen deficiency and hormonal disorders occurs in women mainly during the menopause and post-menopause.
The Estrini 50+ line is an intensive rejuvenation programme for the restoration of the sculpture and skin texture of mature women.

Major active ingredients
✓ Phytrodial – a powerful formula of phytoestrogens from a selection of the original 8 plants. It has clinically proven efficacy in replenishing estrogen deficiency and reducing atrophic changes in the skin caused by hormonal imbalance. Stimulates the synthesis of collagen IV and VII, strengthens the dermal-epidermal DEJ junction, increases microcirculation. Improves elasticity, firmness, blood supply and skin tone.
✓ Menoskin – a multifunctional active substance combating the undesirable effects of thinning, sagging, dehydration and wrinkling of the skin of mature women and in the post- and menopausal period, resulting from disorders in the hormonal economy of the body. Extracted from a special species of Chinese mushroom Poria Cocos used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
✓ Coralline alga extract (Corallina Officinalis) – rich in marine trace elements: potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn) and calcium (Ca). Coralline algae can concentrate up to 200,000 times more of the listed trace elements present in seawater. These minerals are essential for cell communication and maintain the hydrolipidic balance of the skin, providing elasticity and hydration.
✓ Multimolecular hyaluronic acid (1MDa) – forms a protective film, increases moisture reserves, reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL, Trans Epidermal Water Loss). Protects the skin against dryness and adverse effects of external factors. Gives an immediate sense of proper skin tone and elasticity. Strengthens the network of collagen and elastin fibres, smoothes wrinkles.
✓ Album sandalwood oil with calming and antibacterial properties. It has an antidepressant and harmonising effect and soothes emotional states associated with menopause in women.

Menopause
[frame colour=”gold”]The skin ageing process is very complex and involves many factors. One of them is hormonal ageing, which mainly affects women aged 50-55, i.e. in the menopause. Its direct cause is changes in the hormonal balance, primarily a decrease in levels of oestrogen, the so-called “hormones of youth”. This leads to a sudden deterioration of the skin: loss of firmness and elasticity and the formation of a network of wrinkles.
The signs of ageing affect not only the surface of the epidermis, but also the layers lying deeper, in the dermis, where collagen and elastic fibres are degraded. Atrophy of the fatty tissue leads to the formation of deep wrinkles and furrows, even beyond the facial parts. The production of natural moisturising factors (NMF) is disrupted, resulting in intense dryness of the skin. It also becomes more flabby and thinner. This process is associated with atrophy of the dermis and a decrease in the number of living cells in the epidermis. In addition, other disorders such as hyperpigmentation, lentigines, discolouration, angiomas, warts, seborrhoeic congestive lesions and excessive facial hair growth may occur.
