Plastic unscented Basic mask from powdered algae.

The mask is suitable for all skin types with an emphasis on dry and sensitive skin.

The mask is very efficient (10g – for the face) is very well prepared (water can be added at any stage of preparation), does not run off, has a natural fragrance, and can also be applied to the eyes and lips. Professional powder formulation – modelling and occlusive.

How does the algae mask work?

The mask contains alginate, which has an ‘occlusive effect’ during cosmetic treatments, i.e. it creates a ‘film’ on the skin, which results in a reduction in TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss). The mask also opens the pores of the skin and helps the pre-applied active ingredients to penetrate.

Alginate is a powder-like substance with high porosity, obtained from the cell wall of an alga. During treatment, the powder is mixed with water at a temperature of less than 36 degrees Celsius. Mixed with warmer water it would solidify too quickly. A suspension with the consistency of thick cream is formed, which is applied to the face, neck or décolleté, bust. After a few minutes, the suspension thickens so that it can be pulled off as one ‘rubbery’ patch.

The algae mask can be used for all skin types. They all brighten skin tone, care for the complexion and soothe irritation. DESCRIPTION:

Directions for use

10 g powder mix with water to the consistency of thick cream. Apply immediately, protecting the eyes. Once gelled, remove the patch and remove any residue with a toner suitably selected for your skin type.

Note: Caution is recommended when applying the mask to the eyes and surrounding areas.
