Concentrate 17% with salicylic acid, gluconolactone and mandelic acid, in ampoule for iontophoresis and sonophoresis.
Designed for oily skin prone to acne vulgaris, adult acne, with symptoms of inflammatory changes. Formulated with exfoliating, sebum-regulating, moisturising, brightening and antibacterial effects. Regulates and reduces sebum secretion by inhibiting 5-α-reductase enzyme stimulating sebaceous gland activity. Reduces excessive skin shine. Unblocks sebaceous ducts, shrinks pores and reduces blackheads. Moisturises and improves skin condition – elasticity and colour, has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.

Most important active ingredients
✓ Salicylic acid (BHA) – antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Unclogs sebaceous ducts, clogged by undrained sebum due to abnormal, excessive keratinisation of the hair follicle mouths. Thanks to its good fat solubility and penetrability through the sebum layer, it penetrates deep into the hair follicles, facilitates sebum drainage and reduces its accumulation inside the sebaceous glands. As a result, it reduces blackheads and signs of inflammation, and reduces the formation of new ones. It also regulates skin cell renewal, has an exfoliating effect by loosening intercellular connections and removes layers of dead keratinised epidermal cells. Salicylic acid does not have drying properties and is also effective in cleansing dry, polluted skin with numerous blackheads.
✓ Gluconolactone (PHA) – is formed naturally by the fermentation of corn grain or the oxidation of glucose. It is an important nutrient in the cell renewal process and a natural antioxidant that effectively fights free radicals and enhances the skin’s repair, defence and protection mechanisms against the effects of ultraviolet radiation and environmental pollutants. It is a powerful moisturiser, helping to maintain the skin’s normal natural hydration balance. It has no irritant properties.
✓ Almond Acid (AHA) – alpha-hydroxy acid obtained by hydrolysis of bitter almond extract, recommended for all skin types, even sensitive and irritated skin. It exhibits strong moisturising and antibacterial effects with a gentle exfoliating action. Regulates cell renewal, improves skin texture and colour, softens and smoothes. Reduces fine lines and scars, stimulates the synthesis of elastic fibres, strengthens elasticity. At the same time, it cleanses the skin and regulates sebum secretion. Unblocks and unclogs sebaceous secretion channels. Has an antibacterial and anti-irritant effect. Lightens discolouration and improves skin tone. It is effective in rejuvenating treatments and in eliminating photo-pigmentation.
✓ The active ingredients are complemented by valuable plant extracts from bloom, sage, lemon, ivy, soapwort, sea-buckthorn, watercress, bearberry, hamamelis and amla. They regulate excessive sebum production, balance the skin’s microflora, soothe inflammation and prevent skin moisture loss.
Treatment application: sonophoresis, iontophoresis or manually

Oily skin, enlarged pores and blackheads
These are widespread problems in men and women of every age group and race. Enlarged and visible pores are mainly caused by excessive sebum secretion and skin sagging, increasing with age, although they can also result from other factors such as hormonal imbalance, stress, lack of sleep, pollution, etc. Enlarged pores mainly occur on the forehead, nose, cheeks and chin, areas where a significant amount of sebum is secreted. Excess sebum on the skin is the result of increased sebaceous gland activity and results in an irregular surface, imperfections and shiny areas. These typical symptoms of oily skin make enlarged pores even more visible.
Common acne
Acne vulgaris (acne vulgaris) mainly affects young people aged 11-20 years (about 80%). Its causes mainly include seborrhoea, impaired exfoliation and unfriendly bacterial flora. We speak of acne vulgaris when blackheads develop into pimples and, in addition, inflammation occurs. The mixture of fat and protein on the skin is the perfect breeding ground for pathogenic bacteria, which multiply in the blackheads and break down the fat to form triglycerides and free fatty acids. Once oxidised, fatty acids are very irritating to the skin and cause symptoms of inflammation. The inflammation can, in turn, leave scars that are very difficult to remove.
Late-onset adult acne
Adult, mature-age acne (acne tarda) – is a new, distinct category of acne. It is typical of people over the age of 30, active, working people, mainly women. Increased stress increases the secretion of androgens that stimulate the production of sebum and start the whole process typical of oily skin prone to acne lesions. Adult acne is also believed to be caused by a decrease in skin hydration affecting an increasing proportion of the population (internal and external factors diet, lifestyle, improper care) and the destruction (rather than regulation) of sebum by improper care – the result: abnormal hydrolipidic mantle functions, keratinisation disorders.
