DESCRIPTION:

Hydrolysed keratin – keratin hydrolysate is a water-soluble protein extracted through the controlled hydrolysis of sheep’s wool. It contains amino acids (the basic building blocks of proteins) similar to those found in human hair. When used in hair care products, it gives hair a healthy appearance, restores shine and maintains moisture. The components of the hydrolysate penetrate the hair structure, build themselves into the damaged areas of the hair cuticle – thus increasing its elasticity and volume. On the surface of the hair, this raw material produces colloids with a protective effect, protects against the damaging effects of hair dyes or perm products.

Hydrolysed silk proteins – are an excellent building material, the proteins are able to penetrate the outer layers of the epidermis and improve its hydration level and skin cell metabolism. They also improve the skin’s elasticity, counteract discolouration and make the skin smooth and soft.

HYA-STIM 3-Peptide – a hyaluronic acid stimulator, has a firming and remodelling effect by stimulating the production of hyaluronic acid from within the skin. The lack of firmness and sagging of mature skin is associated with decreasing levels of hyaluronic acid in the skin and the formation of increasingly weak collagen fibres. Hyaluronic acid production stimulator is a new generation tripeptide that acts in two directions: it strongly stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, which binds water in skin cells, protects the structure of the collagen matrix and replenishes its lack in mature skin. In vivo studies show an increase in hyaluronic acid synthesis by more than four times. The stimulator also increases levels of decorin and lumican, or proteoglycans, which strengthen collagen fibres, resulting in increased skin elasticity and resilience. Studies indicate that HYA-STIM 3-Peptide can increase collagen synthesis by up to 119%. In vitro studies further indicate that it can prevent collagen breakdown by interfering with collagen degradation of MMP1 and MMP3. It therefore has a dual effect – not only does it increase collagen synthesis, but it also reduces collagen breakdown. As a result, skin hydration is improved, wrinkles are smoothed out and skin tensions are smoothed. The facial oval is modelled and the double chin is significantly reduced.

Skin Matrix – is an active substance obtained from the roots of the baicalensis thyroid (Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi). It contains the flavonoid baicalin, which is responsible for the cellular reactivation of the skin by prolonging the active life of fibroblasts and delaying the ageing process. The results clearly confirm that Skin Matrix increases the elasticity and firmness of the skin, thus maintaining the properties typical of young skin – maximum elasticity and the ability to quickly regain shape. The use of Skin Matrix maintains the appearance and quality of young skin by improving its biomechanical indicators. An example of the effect of Skin Matrix on the skin of a 50-year-old person is the rejuvenation of the fibroblast population of her skin to a condition comparable to skin that is a decade younger (in this case 40 years).

Multimolecular hyaluronic acid (1MDa) – forms a protective film, increases moisture reserves, reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL, Trans Epidermal Water Loss). Protects the skin against dryness and adverse effects of external factors. Gives an immediate sense of proper skin tone and elasticity. Strengthens the network of collagen and elastin fibres, smoothes wrinkles.

Extract of red curly cartilage alga (kelp Chondrus Crispus) contains carrageenan and mineral salts. It has a moisturising effect, reduces transepidermal water loss, forms a polysaccharide film on the surface of the skin, smooths it and facilitates skin regeneration. Carrageenan is a plant silicone that forms a thin film on the skin surface. This non-occlusive polysaccharide film binds to epidermal proteins and forms a ‘second’ layer of skin. It effectively protects against water loss (TEWL). Minerals (especially calcium and magnesium) strengthen and stimulate keratinisation, enhancing the skin’s resistance to environmental factors – detergents, UV radiation, irritants, pollution.

Blueberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus) improves microcirculation. It has a toning, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect. It counteracts ageing and cellulite. The extract stimulates microcirculation, strengthens and seals blood vessels. This effect is due to the anthocyanin and vitamin content. The astringent and anti-inflammatory action of blueberry helps accelerate wound healing. Bilberry is recommended for skin problems, eczematous acne. The presence of gallic acid, malic acid and quercetin imparts bacteriostatic properties and prevents the growth of microorganisms that may contribute to various skin ailments. Blueberry extract is also recommended for soothing, anti-inflammatory and relaxing products.

Sage extract (Salvia officinalis) – purifying with antiseptic, astringent and antioxidant properties. Has anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant properties. Regulates sebum secretion. Strengthens blood vessels – inhibits micro-bleeding from excessively dilated or damaged capillaries.

Horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense) – a rich source of silicon. This element ensures the maintenance of connective tissue moisture, provides the skin with elasticity, resilience and a healthy appearance, and counteracts the formation of wrinkles. It soothes inflammation of the epidermis and accelerates its regeneration, seals blood vessels and has an anti-edema effect.

Bio-chromophores, of plant origin developed by Chantarelle experts, are components of light-sensitive preparations for PDT LASER or LED photodynamic therapies, having a special ability to absorb light of a specific wavelength. Applied to the skin area subjected to the therapy, they accumulate laser light multiplying the energy reserve in the cell, thus maximising: the efficiency of metabolism and absorption of active ingredients contained in the preparations.
