What are exosomes?

Exosomes are tiny vesicles secreted by, among other things, mezynchymal stem cells (MSCs). Thanks to exosomes, intercellular communication from MSCs to fibroblasts takes place. Thus, exosomes increase the production of type I and III collagen and stimulate fibroblast proliferation, while inhibiting the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines. In addition, they have antioxidant effects and effectively neutralise free radicals. Major active ingredients

Recent publications show the potential of phytic acid as a peeling agent for skin pigmentation disorders. Phytic acid treatments caused less discomfort than glycolic acid treatments. In the keratolytic effect of phytic acid, the binding of metal ions makes an important contribution. Among the advantages of phytic acid is that it is self-neutralising (no need for a neutraliser). What is the difference between an exosome treatment and an exosome stimulation treatment?

Treatments with exosomes are new to cosmetic and aesthetic medicine practices.
