DESCRIPTION:

Argireline Neuropeptide – is a concentrated neuropeptide that mimics botulinum toxin. Blocks muscle and nerve conduction and reduces the depth and visibility of wrinkles, including facial wrinkles. It intensively plumps out the depth of wrinkles by tightening the expressive muscles, making them visibly less visible. It is a non-surgical alternative to Botox injections. Argireline blocks the transmission of signals from the nerves to the muscles, which are unable to contract and as a result, wrinkles are made shallower. The neuropeptide works within the same synaptic connections as botulinum toxin. Therefore, like it, Argireline Neuropeptide is effective in treating cosmetic problems such as forehead lines, crow’s feet (lines around the eye) and frown lines. A study published by the International Journal of Cosmetic Science showed that topically applied Argireline Neuropeptide at a concentration of 10% reduces wrinkles by 30% after a period of 30 days. The study showed the same 30% wrinkle reduction as botulinum toxin. Additionally, Argireline Neuropeptide was shown in this study to be completely safe for cosmetic use. Argireline Neuropeptide, unlike botulinum toxin, has no toxic effects and, in addition to relaxing muscles, effectively stimulates collagen production and helps to evenly hydrate the skin.

Synvel 3-Peptide – a low-molecular-weight neuropeptide that mimics the action of snake venom toxin. It works on the same level as botulinum toxin and is a non-surgical alternative to surgical injections. Smoothes out facial wrinkles by inhibiting the vibration of expressive muscles. It smooths and hydrates the skin and gives it a fresh, relaxed appearance. It blocks the body’s absorption of Na+, which in turn relaxes facial muscles and prevents the formation of expression lines (wrinkles). The peptide mimics the effects produced by the 22 amino acid peptide waglerin-1 present in the venom of the snake Tropidolaemus wagleri. The peptide works similarly to botulinum toxin injections. When used regularly, it produces very good results. An in vitro study showed that the peptide at a concentration of 0.5 mM reduced muscle tension by 82% in just 2 hours. The peptide therefore helps to relax muscles and makes the skin look smoother and relaxed. Like true botulinum toxin, the peptide blocks the muscle contractions that cause facial tension, and additionally prevents the contraction from occurring again, making wrinkles less visible. Reduces the depth of wrinkles by 52 to 82% after approximately 3 months of use.

Matrixyl 3-Peptide – an innovative very potent anti-wrinkle low-molecular peptide stimulates the synthesis of the 6 main components of the dermal matrix and dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ): collagen I, III, IV (and HSP47), laminin-5, fibronectin and hyaluronic acid. It improves the basic biomechanical parameters of the skin condition: skin hydration, density, firmness and elasticity, skin tone and facial oval, thus filling in wrinkles from within, also on the forehead and “crow’s feet”, producing a visible effect of smoother and fuller skin. It gives visible effects of reducing the signs of ageing, improves skin structure, stimulates the synthesis of support fibres, hyaluronic acid, strengthens the dermal-epidermal junction, improves skin elasticity and resilience. The effectiveness of the anti-wrinkle action, especially the lifting effect, reduction in the volume and depth of wrinkles, was confirmed in an in vivo panel study on a group of 25 women aged 42-70 years.

HYA-STIM 3-Peptide – a hyaluronic acid stimulator, produces a firming and remodelling effect by stimulating hyaluronic acid production from within the skin. The lack of firmness and sagging of mature skin is associated with decreasing levels of hyaluronic acid in the skin and the formation of increasingly weak collagen fibres. Hyaluronic acid production stimulator is a new generation tripeptide that acts in two directions: it strongly stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, which binds water in skin cells, protects the structure of the collagen matrix and replenishes its lack in mature skin. In vivo studies show an increase in hyaluronic acid synthesis by more than four times. The stimulator also increases the levels of decorin and lumican, or proteoglycans, which strengthen collagen fibres, thereby increasing skin elasticity and resilience. Studies indicate that HYA-STIM 3-Peptide can increase collagen synthesis by up to 119%. In vitro studies further indicate that it can prevent collagen breakdown by interfering with collagen degradation of MMP1 and MMP3. It therefore has a dual effect – not only does it increase collagen synthesis, but it also reduces collagen breakdown. As a result, skin hydration is improved, wrinkles are smoothed out and skin tensions are smoothed. The facial oval is modelled and the double chin is significantly reduced.

Low-molecular hyaluronic acid 50kDa – deeply penetrating, increases the hydration of the intercellular substance of connective tissue. Strengthens the network of collagen and elastin fibres in the dermis. Stimulates self-hydration mechanisms that stimulate an increase in skin elasticity and wrinkle smoothing.

Coralline algae extract (Corallina Officinalis) – a natural red algae extract produced using microwave technology. The red alga has a calcium skeleton similar to coral, hence its name – plant coral. This extract is rich in marine trace elements: potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn) and calcium (Ca). Coralline algae can concentrate up to 200,000 times more of the listed trace elements present in seawater. These minerals are essential for cellular communication and maintain the hydrolipidic balance of the skin, providing elasticity and hydration. Studies also show the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of coralline algae. At the same time, it stimulates the skin’s metabolic processes, strengthens blood vessel walls and increases resistance to external factors. Algae also supply the skin with proteins, minerals and amino acids. They are an important component of the NMF (Natural Moisturising Factor), a natural moisturising, elasticising and smoothing factor found in the stratum corneum.

Bio-chromophores, of plant origin developed by Chantarelle experts, are components of light-sensitive preparations for PDT LASER or LED photodynamic therapies, with a special ability to absorb light of a specific wavelength. Applied to the skin area subjected to the therapy, they accumulate laser light multiplying the energy reserve in the cell, thus maximising: the efficiency of metabolism and absorption of active ingredients contained in the preparations.
