PDT laser treatment Depigmentation and Reduction of Hyperpigmentation including sun and age spots.
Lightens superficial hyperpigmentation: lentigines (sun spots, age spots, “liver” spots), freckles, epidermal melasma and hyperpigmentation originating in the dermis. It reduces the formation of new hyperpigmentation, while also reducing signs of photo-ageing and strengthening capillaries. Reduces tyrosinase activity by acting on the melanogenesis pathway and inhibits the formation of new discolourations. Stimulates collagen synthesis. The treatment is intended for skin with hyperpigmentation of various origins (skin melasma, post-inflammatory, post-traumatic spots, after sclerotherapy) and for skin with signs of photoageing, acne-prone skin, with scars.

Dermal hyperpigmentation is a serious aesthetic defect and a challenge for cosmetologists and dermatologists. The main reason for their formation is excessive sun exposure. Nearly 90% of Poles are affected, and pigmented lesions of various origins can develop at any age. The number of people suffering from hyperpigmentation has increased in recent decades as a result of the emergence of alternative tanning methods such as solariums, tanning accelerators and self-tanners. Besides the sun, another cause of hyperpigmentation is endocrine disruption, which can occur during pregnancy, menopause and as a result of contraception or hormonal medication. Discolouration can also occur as a result of hyperthyroidism, inflammation of the appendages, liver disease, menstrual disorders and as a result of photosensitising substances. The formation of hyperpigmentation is also often genetically determined.

Most important active ingredients.
✓ Neuro-Spot – derived from sea daffodil is a neuro-active ingredient with surface and pigmentation reducing properties for spots. The innovative mechanism of action inhibits melanin synthesis by inhibiting melanin synthesis induced by keratinocytes (under stress) and inhibiting neural factor-induced melanin secretion.
✓ Bio-Hydroquinone – has bleaching efficacy comparable to hydroquinone, but without its limitations due to adverse effects on the human body. It inhibits melanogenesis by significantly reducing the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase, levelling the intensity of skin spots and pigmented lesions.
✓ Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – with brightening, anti-radical and photoprotective effects against UV radiation and aggressive free radicals. Lightens hyperpigmentation, evens skin tone. Rejuvenates the skin, stimulates collagen renewal, strengthens blood vessels.
✓ Azeloglycine – a modern combination of azelaic acid and glycine amino acids with intensive moisturising, soothing and anti-inflammatory effects. Increases the elasticity of the supporting fibres.
✓ Amla extract is extracted from the Indian gooseberry. The extract has a beneficial effect on the skin: it brightens the skin and eliminates minor skin spots. Thanks to its high vitamin C content, it neutralises free radicals and delays the ageing process.
✓ Bio-chromophores, of plant origin developed by Chantarelle experts, are components of light-sensitive preparations for PDT LASER or LED photodynamic therapies, having a special ability to absorb light of a specific wavelength. Applied to the skin area subjected to the therapy, they accumulate laser light multiplying the energy reserve in the cell, thus maximising: the efficiency of metabolism and absorption of active ingredients contained in the preparations.

BIOSTIMULATING THERAPY
Black Essential’s PDT formulations show the highest efficacy when PDT is applied with the LLLT laser with magnetic field. The laser light acts directly on the energy centres of the cells. It stimulates their metabolism and stimulates them to work intensively. The effect of the treatment is significantly prolonged over time. The magnetic field increases the stimulation effect in the tissues. The synergistic use of laser light and photosensitive preparations, such as PDT Black Essential, guarantees an immediate treatment effect. The active ingredients contained in the PDT Black Essential concentrates act immediately after their application and simultaneously optimise the effect of the laser. This leads to enhanced tissue processes, increased collagen production and skin remodelling. Such rapid tissue renewal and restructuring would not be possible if laser and photoactivators were applied separately.
