Thermo-Lifting treatment kit

Includes two products for an in-office cosmetic treatment:

• Hermo-Lifting Serum (50ml) for application by massage. Intensely moisturising and modelling serum, smoothing wrinkles and stimulating the renewal of elastic fibres. Contains active ingredients aimed at rapid skin regeneration and rejuvenation, improving skin firmness and elasticity, stimulating collagen synthesis, strengthening the dermal-epidermal junction.
• GABA cream (50ml) – for thermo-active application. The cream is designed for professional thermoactive treatments – rejuvenating and shaping the skin of the face, neck and décolleté and locally of the body. The treatment is performed with cosmetic devices with heads for which the generated temperature does not exceed 70 degrees Celsius. It reduces skin flaccidity, strengthens and stimulates the renewal of elastin and collagen fibres, restores skin elasticity, firmness and resilience. Improves facial features, remodelling facial contours. Smoothes, reduces and fills in mimic wrinkles and deep furrows through a triple action system. The unique formula of selected active ingredients, gives rapid and visible skin rejuvenation. The cream contains an active anti-wrinkle concentrate – GABA wrinkle filler and silk proteins. It is a spectacularly rejuvenating concentrate with a unique formula and immediate and lasting wrinkle reduction .

Most important active ingredient

✓ GABA gamma-aminobutyric acid (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid GABA) – a neuroactive rejuvenating ingredient for immediate and long-lasting wrinkle reduction and collagen renewal, hydration and skin barrier. Thanks to its small molecule, it has the ability to act quickly at the epidermal level as well as in the dermis. GABA relaxes facial wrinkles and crow’s feet by interacting with receptors, external nerve cells and smooth muscle cells, with the result that skin cells shrink less and are more relaxed, fine lines and wrinkles become less visible and the skin quickly begins to look younger – the first effects of wrinkle reduction according to studies are visible in as little as 10 to 30 minutes. At the same time, GABA stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and collagen and protects fibroblasts from free radical damage. It rebuilds the skin’s protective barrier, moisturises, reduces roughness and brightens skin tone. As a result, the skin is rejuvenated, hydrated, supple and with smoothed wrinkles.

✓ Synpept 2-Peptide – low-molecular peptide complex (dipeptide) with targeted anti-wrinkle, smoothing, skin elasticity-enhancing effects. It strengthens the Dermal-Epidermal Junction (DEJ Dermal-Epidermal Junction), which has the task of maintaining the cohesion of the dermis and epidermis layers. ✓ Liposlim – is a combination of two high-purity plant molecules (phizetin and frambinone) that together prevent fat accumulation. Phizetin is a naturally occurring flavonoid isolated from Buxus sinica (Korean boxwood). Frambinone is a naturally occurring phenolic compound (obtained from aniseed, Pimpinella anisum), also known as raspberry ketone. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA)

The latest offering among substances with anti-ageing effects is gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It is a non-protein amino acid naturally present in the human body that plays a key role in regulating the vital activity of plant and animal organisms. It can reduce neuronal reactivity, smooth wrinkles, have a calming effect, reduce stress and facilitate sleep. As the years go by, the production of this amino acid in the human body decreases, which can lead to stronger feelings of stress, more fatigue or sleep problems. The most visible sign of the effects of stress, fatigue and sleep problems on our appearance is the greying of the skin, the loss of radiance, elasticity and resilience, and the formation of wrinkles.

Does gamma-aminobutyric acid affect the skin?

Both the skin and the human nervous system originate from the ectoderm of the embryo. Therefore, some receptors are shared by skin cells and nerve cells, including the GABA receptor. Researchers have shown that the enzyme responsible for the synthesis of gamma-aminobutyric acid is produced by human dermis fibroblasts. In the dermis, gamma-aminobutyric acid stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and collagen, protects fibroblasts from free radical damage, and thus maintains elasticity and adequate hydration levels. In the superficial layers of the epidermis, GABA receptors are found in the keratinocytes of the dermis. Externally applied gamma-aminobutyric acid aqueous solution induced a direct interaction between the GABA molecule and the GABA receptor (A). This interaction induced rapid restoration of the skin barrier and prevented hyperplasia of the dermis. These results suggest that gamma-aminobutyric acid and its receptor influence skin barrier homeostasis. An important advantage of gamma-aminobutyric acid is that, when delivered externally, it rapidly penetrates the skin. As a result, it quickly and effectively relaxes the muscles, reducing facial wrinkles and crow’s feet. As a result, the skin looks younger and fresher shortly after its application.

GABA Extreme Wrinkle Filler

GABA Extreme Wrinkle Filler contains gamma-aminobutyric acid obtained by biotechnology – through Lactobacillus fermentation and biotransformation processes. It acts on the GABA receptors of the skin cells, activating them. The chloride ion channel then opens up and helps the permeability of chloride ions across the cell membrane. This allows them to penetrate the nerve cells, causing hyperpolarisation of the cell membrane and inhibition of the nerve cells. As a result, skin cells contract less and are more relaxed. A short-term study involving 30 healthy volunteers aged 25-50 years showed that gamma-aminobutyric acid used in concentrations above 1% could effectively reduce the depth of wrinkles.
