Kristina’s rules

1. I keep beautiful, firm skin. I take care of physical activity: walking, swimming pool. For skin care I use cosmetics that contain herbs and oils in their composition. This is what makes my skin healthier and radiant with natural beauty. I consistently look for cosmetics that help to rejuvenate my skin in a natural way.

2. I improve my cell metabolism. Grey, dull skin is a signal for me to act. I look at my diet, introduce foods that are easy to digest, drink more water, and take care of the quality of the products I eat. I trust that products that have natural properties to improve cell metabolism will contribute to the non-regeneration of toxins, support protection and improve circulation.

3. pollution awareness and unblocking. Polluted air, excess chemical ingredients in food and cosmetics – these conditions make the skin polluted and often lack essential nutrients. This is why I use organic cosmetic products that do not contain chemicals in their composition and therefore do not burden the skin additionally. They help to naturally cleanse the ducts so that the nutrients contained in cosmetics reach the deeper layers of the skin more easily.

4. I nourish my skin from the outside. The body needs to feel properly cared for and nourished in order to serve me well and for a long time. Ingredients such as jojoba, avocado, shea butter, turmeric or cocoa will provide the best nourishment for my skin….

5. Defence in protection – I use antioxidants. Every day my skin is put to the test by climatic factors such as wind, sun, frost, heat, allergens as well as bacteria, viruses and therefore needs adequate protection. By using antioxidants, the skin’s natural protective barrier.

6. I moisturise my skin. I regularly use peels, masks with natural ingredients and moisturisers in the form of a mist. The complexion is flushed and light make-up only adorns the radiant face. The first facial changes appear but the prescription is to keep smiling and spread a pleasant aura around yourself. I guarantee no one will notice.

7. Sauna – my skin full of radiance. I was introduced to the sauna by a friend of mine. I am grateful because I have been using it regularly ever since. I am gaining confidence that every layer of my skin is properly nourished, I have more vital energy and I radiate a natural glow.

8. Calm my anti-aging. With the passing of the years come thoughts of how well I have used the time to like myself in my skin. Self-acceptance makes us more active and mobilised. I support my skin to age beautifully and with dignity, I help it by using oils and herbs. The more well-groomed I am and the more beautiful my skin is, the better I will feel about my changing body.

9. home spa – relaxation and rest. Since the advent of products that allow for home treatments, I have been taking advantage of this offer and calming myself at home. Most importantly, I have been able to do this unhurriedly, leaving the pressures of the surrounding world somewhere far away.

10. body consistent with ‘spirit’. Parallel to caring for the body goes caring for the ‘spirit’. I choose good reading, I take advantage of interesting offers on the cultural market. But the most important thing is meeting people. I enjoy friendly chats and exchanging experiences. I recently turned 50. It’s a good time and it puts me in good spirits.

Anna’s rules

1. I know what I eat. I know how much I eat. I don’t fool myself… I don’t pretend. Health through diet? A must.

2. Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise. Constantly over and over again.

3. I don’t treat my skin like a chicken in an oven, I don’t fry it, neither in a solarium nor on the beach. I expose it to the natural sun, beforehand with passion and reverence creating a layer of protection with a “50” filter. I take care to provide my body with vitamin D, but I also protect my moles. I do not pretend they are not there. Care, whose middle name is prevention.

4. I distinguish between day cream and night cream. And I apply each at the appropriate time of year. In the same way that I don’t go to bed in a sheepskin coat or choose to go to work in my pyjamas.

5. I produce: frozen foods, preserves. I weed. And I gloat at the thought that I know what I’m eating… Finally.

6. I know what a tonic is. I tonify my skin to restore its natural balance. I don’t finish my make-up removal by using lotion. In the process, I restore my mental balance. Because with make-up I wash away the problems of everyday life.

7. I use natural masks, from what nature has given us, such as fresh cucumbers. I cut fresh vegetables and divide them into two parts – one ‘lands’ on my face, the other makes a perfect refreshing snack.

8. I use exfoliating masks with my head and in moderation. I don’t overdo it.

9. I drink 1.5 litres of water a day. I don’t kid myself that drinking 1.5 litres of cola is the same thing. In small sips – it accompanies me throughout the day, stimulating my brain in the process and redefining the concept of freshness.

10. :I am not a victim of sheepishness. I know that what serves my friend is not necessarily the best for me. I apply the principle of a cool head and moderation. I am not a victim of sheepishness.

Magda’s rules

1. Welcome the day with a glass of water, preferably with a lemon

2. Use natural cosmetics, tailored to your skin’s needs – don’t succumb to advertising or the persuasion of female friends, as we are all different and need different skincare.

3. Make room in your bathroom for a sisal mitt – after your daily shower, your body will thank you with smoothness and suppleness.

4. Don’t part with your hand cream! Hands are your business card, so keep cream in your handbag, by your bed, in the bathroom, etc.

5. Avoid cigarette smoke, sun and excess make-up – they are not good for your skin!

6. Stay natural and healthy – a beautiful smile, thick and shiny hair, a radiant face and a hydrated body are +100 to femininity!

7. ALWAYS wash off your make-up – even if you fall off your feet!!!

8. Pamper yourself and your body. Sauna, pool, bike…. A massage, a facial, the cosmetic of your dreams…. Indulge yourself a little once in a while – it’s a bonus for your soul and body.

9. Love and be loved, say something nice to someone at least once a day, take care of your underwear, even in winter paint your toenails red – awareness of your own powers of seduction and sexuality will give your eyes a sparkle and your silhouette an alluring expression.

10. Smile! That’s it and that’s it! The fact that wrinkles will appear on your face is rather inevitable, but you’d probably rather have laughing wrinkles than sad ones, right!
