My difficult vascular skin, erythema, rosacea

About 2,000 people took part in the competition “My difficult skin with capillaries, erythema, rosacea” organised with the CzasNaZmiane.pl portal! We would like to thank you for all your contributions. Below are a selection of them, which tell about problems with vascular skin or rosacea.

Female, 23 years old. My problem is vascular skin. Especially in the nasal area. I have hay fever and in spring and summer when I rub my nose a lot, blood vessels and soreness in the nasal area appear. For a while oily creams or Vaseline helped me, but since last spring the capillaries are visible all the time. For the time being I am fighting on my own using preparations from pharmacies, but unfortunately the problem is not disappearing. Female, 32 years old.

My skin is undoubtedly problematic. With sudden changes in temperature or physical exertion I get erythema on my face. It doesn’t matter if it is summer or winter. I have several broken capillaries around my nose, under my eyes and on my cheek. I have quite pale skin, so they are more visible than on other people. I try to treat my facial skin as best I can. If I’m able to, I avoid sudden temperature changes, don’t go to the sauna, don’t sunbathe, don’t smoke, rarely eat spicy foods, moisturise in winter, take vitamin C, regularly use creams, lotions and toners adapted to my skin, only do enzyme or cavitation facial scrubs with a qualified beautician. My skin repays me with a good appearance, but I always have to remember about prevention. In cosmetics, I mainly look for moisturising ingredients, rutin, vitamin C or their derivatives, vitamin A and E and ginkgo biloba extract. These ingredients make my skin red much less. I never buy cosmetics that have alcohol in them, I don’t use soap or coarse scrubs. I am a woman, I am 25 years old.

I have such an advanced problem related to erythema and dilated capillaries. I am 46 years old and I go for IPL treatments. The treatment is expensive, but you can see the results. Also, I avoid the sun and hot spices. I do not take hot baths. I use creams prescribed by a dermatologist and those recommended by an aesthetician.

For me, the problem of dilated capillaries becomes more apparent in summer and winter. The extreme temperatures have such an effect on my skin. I use good creams and go for treatments. In creams I look for ingredients such as olamine pyroctonate, golden algae extract, D-panthenol, olive wax, allantoin.

Female 31 years old, I have a huge skin problem. I have red blood vessels on my cheeks and around my nose. This looks very bad especially in summer and winter. When it’s cold my skin is even more red, when it’s sunny it also becomes very red. I don’t know how to fight it. The competition has inspired me a lot to finally take care of myself and go to a specialist and ask how to take care of my skin. Maybe I will buy some cream – these competition creams seem to be made for my skin. Everything ahead of me I am full of hope that I will somehow reduce this problem.

I have vascular skin. I am 45 years old. I look for creams dedicated to my skin type. I buy creams that visibly reduce the symptoms of vascular skin. They prevent the appearance of new redness. They restore the skin’s uniform colour and radiance. They protect the skin from the irritating effects of UV radiation. They contain a green pigment which optically neutralises redness. My cream must be paraben-free. Ideally, the cream should have the following ingredients: Algae, which counteracts the dilatation of capillaries and reduces their permeability. Pronalene, which strengthens vascular tone, has an anti-redness effect and improves blood circulation. Together with vitamin C, it strengthens the blood vessel walls. Troxerutin, which increases the elasticity and improves the tension of the capillaries and accelerates blood circulation. UVB filters: SPF 20 / UVA: 10, which protect delicate, reddened skin from the irritating effects of UV radiation. Green pigment that optically neutralises skin redness.

I have combination skin (a combination of oily and dry complexion, so quite difficult to care for, by the way the rhyme came out :)). However, I have been experiencing redness on my face for a while now. It’s a bit strange, because I have combination skin and not vascular skin, but when it comes to skincare I found out that it’s very similar and I should, like the “owner” of the vascular complexion, use similar cosmetics and take care of myself in this way as well. So the basic cosmetics that I always need to have on hand; is a lotion and a moisturising, non-greasy cream. The lotion is very important. Firstly, it removes make-up deeply, and secondly any other impurities on the face. And thirdly, it moisturises the face very effectively:). As for the cream, I apply a slightly greasier one on the drier areas, mostly on the cheeks and temples. I’m a woman well into my 40s, so I need anti-wrinkle creams too, and I use vitamin A, E based ones.

When it comes to my skin care, I have my compendium of knowledge already after years of experience, namely knowing that my skin is delicate and subject to irritation, I need to properly degrease, cleanse and moisturise my complexion. I use special preparations for combination skin, which effectively reduce sebum secretion and protect my face from dryness (cheeks). Washing my face is also important. I try to wash my face at least twice a day with a special set (gel and toner) and I only use alcohol-free cosmetics. And once in a while I’ll pop off to a friendly beauty salon for some refreshing treatment or a chemical peel to help eliminate excessive seborrhoea and enlarged pores. I loved hot baths – veto, I had to give them up, as did the tanning bed. Many factors have a negative effect on our vascular skin and erythema (alcohol, fruit acids, granular peelings, external factors such as cold, dampness, etc.) It is worth visiting a dermatologist for our health, having all moles and other birthmarks examined. I believe that it is better to go once and get it right, even if it means paying a few zlotys, but at least I will know where I stand. For the sake of my skin I have prepared a special vademecum :), which I try to follow, and the effect can only be positive. The body cannot be fooled. We feel 20 years old, we look like teenagers, unfortunately, what is inside us is also important. But, to cheat our body in a way, it does not hurt and even helps to follow a healthy treatment, a healthy lifestyle. So, when taking care of my skin (I won’t get creative), I try to eat healthy ( lots of fruit, steamed veggies, e.g. cooked carrots, beetroot). There are toxins in many foods, just like in the air and water. So my meals are mostly rich in vitamin A and zinc. In addition, I drink 1.5 mineral waters a day, do sports (running, cycling or stationary fitness) shape; stress as little as possible!!! Unfortunately, stress is the bad factor that directly affects the quality of our skin. Easy to say, harder to do :), but we must nevertheless make an effort to keep our skin beautiful and young as the years go by. When it comes to cosmetics, I use moisturising and regenerating creams and lotions. After bathing, for example, I rub my body with cosmetic oil. For strengthening (hair and nails), I take recently fashionable dietary supplements. And once a week I apply a flaxseed mask.

My problem is rosacea. I’ve had it not since today, in fact for a few years now, however, I have taken specific measures to combat it. The biggest problem with my skin is between dry and oily skin. When trying to fight more intensely my skin dries out thus destroying the acne, whereas if I use less strong products my skin becomes oily and the acne has no problems getting ‘out’. I find that this problem is usually greater in winter, because in summer the sun itself helps to reduce visible acne. In winter this sun is weaker and cannot help me as much as in summer. I try to use different cosmetics because I have already noticed that over time the acne overcomes the properties of the cosmetic and it no longer works as it should, so I try to find a cosmetic that is always stronger than the acne. I take care of my skin on a daily basis by using different masks from drugstores and pharmacies or I look for tips on the Internet with homemade mask ideas. Of course, I keep a healthy diet in mind, as this has an overpowering effect on the skin’s appearance. I used to go to dermatologists often in anticipation of specialised medication that would make things easier, but over time this became tedious and I started to worry about myself, not only in terms of the skin on my face, where I have acne, but also my liver, which might not be able to cope with so many tablets. I used cosmetic services once every month and a half, but after the lack of results from these measures, I gave up. I am a rather young woman, 18 years old.

A problem I have been struggling with for years is my vascular skin. Bursting capillaries take away from my skin’s healthy and fresh look. I have to apply a layer of powder and fluid to cover them up, which still doesn’t always have the effect I want. The formation of red spider veins is particularly exacerbated in summer, when the skin is exposed to the sun, which stimulates their production. The cosmetics I choose must not contain acetone, urea, ethyl alcohol or vitamin A acid, among others, which irritate the skin. I also avoid using coarse-grained scrubs in favour of enzymatic ones, which I gently massage into the skin. So far, I have tried to deal with the problem of stubborn capillaries on my own through daily skincare, which I start by gently spraying my face with water, patting it dry with a paper towel, rubbing in a thick layer of cream, followed by fluid and loose powder. At the end of the day, I only use a tried and tested gel to remove my make-up, which is reliable. Recently, after consulting with a beautician, I became interested in a vascular closure treatment, which I hope to use soon. Female, 22 years

My bane is vascular skin with a tendency to rosacea (I think). I haven’t sought help from a specialist so far, and on a daily basis I just cover my skin with a thick layer of opaque foundation. The biggest problem is the appearance of my skin, it reddens heavily under the influence of emotions such as shame or anger, low or high temperatures, alcohol and even spicy condiments. I try to avoid saunas, mechanical scrubs and cosmetics containing alcohol. I usually choose products for sensitive skin, with chestnut extract and vitamin C to strengthen the capillaries.

Hello I am a 27 year old woman, my main problem with my skin is my tendency to have broken capillaries in my nose, cheeks…and also acne lesions, they appear in the form of very deep blackheads…. I have tried to get rid of them with ” deep “cleansing in the form of scrubs…however, in my case, due to my vascular skin, they are forbidden…. especially coarse peels… as they aggravate the bursting of blood vessels, which makes my face look like a “tomato”;) My problem is worse in the summer because of the sun (a longer stay in the sun and my face is all red), but also in winter…. Frosty days are even worse than the sun…just go out for a refreshing frosty walk and my poor nose looks like Rudolph the reindeer from the Christmas card;) In my daily skincare I try to avoid cosmetics containing alcohol, soap, grainy scrubs and instead use cosmetics that soothe and strengthen my capillaries. My fight against the problem is supported by visits to the beautician in the form of a chemical acid peel. This way I can get rid of dead skin and protect my skin from irritation 🙂

Hi. I am a young mum (24 years old) and have been struggling with my complexion for two years. It is flushed and with acne. Throughout my pregnancy I took extra steroids which exacerbated the symptoms. I’ve tried so many things that I’ve lost hope that I’ll ever have a beautiful complexion again. I went to lasers, dermatologists, cosmetologists. I bought creams, soaps, lotions…. I even followed a special diet and nothing 🙁 I spend a lot of money to have a beautiful complexion. I use a lot of moisturising creams on a daily basis because my skin is very dry.

I’ve always been under the assumption that prevention is better than cure. That it is better to anticipate, delay and mitigate certain inevitable processes, because then there is a chance that they will run their course more slowly, more gently and in a less visible way. This approach is particularly important for me in terms of skin care – I am young, but I am aware that skin neglected at a young age will never return to its former condition, so instead of waiting for visible signs of ageing, broken capillaries and unsightly changes, I prevent them by using the right cosmetics and, as far as time/financial possibilities allow, I use the services of beauty parlours, regularly refreshing my face with delicate treatments. One of the things I learn from these visits is what my skin is like, what it tends to do and how it reacts to things – this is very valuable knowledge that helps me take better care of my skin on a daily basis. What are my problems? I have extremely shallow skin. I know that if it wasn’t for my awareness of how to deal with it, I would have a lot of broken capillaries on my face and I would certainly be less confident – nothing like being comfortable in our own skin to give us confidence, after all. There is often a juicy flush on my face and I experience discomfort if I use a cosmetic that is too irritating. On a daily basis, I try to avoid washing my face with tap water and replace it with micellar water applied on a cotton pad; I also reach for a spray bottle of thermal water every day, as it is phenomenally soothing for irritation and the resulting flushing. Every season really causes me problems – if it’s summer, I have to be very careful with the sun (so I avoid too much exposure, use sunscreen) and I try to moisturise constantly. In winter, on the other hand, I am aware that moisturisers don’t work very well for me – I need to protect my skin from all the cold and wind, and this is only possible with creams with an oily texture. The effects of temperature, emotions, air-conditioning, heating, stress – it all takes its toll on my face. Often, I can just feel my face pulsating from the internal heat and painted with a fiery flush, so I am constantly learning how to deal with it, what to avoid and what to enter into a longer acquaintance with. Dealing with this complexion is a process that requires patience, knowledge and experience, and this is something you acquire throughout your life, so I know I still have many lessons and challenges ahead of me. Nevertheless, I do my best to ensure that my complexion is not something to worry about, but something to be proud of. If I take good care of it, it will return the favor. So I invest time, knowledge, emotion and often money in it, but at the same time I hope that all this will pay off in a few years. So let’s hope that for as long as possible I can only prevent the effects instead of curing them! I am a woman, 24 years old

I have combination, vascular and sensitive skin that is always irritated and red in winter when I enter a warm room. I have never been to a dermatologist, I deal with this problem on my own. I take care of my vascular skin with cosmetics designed for this type of skin and I take preparations with rutin to strengthen my capillaries from the inside so they don’t burst. I don’t drink alcohol, because as soon as I drink I am red all over, and I avoid spicy and strongly seasoned food. I am 56 years old and my vascular – mixed – sensitive skin is a big cosmetic problem for me.

Female, 44 years old. My skin is slightly vascular and I often get erythema especially on my cheeks. I have a bigger problem with my skin in winter, when it starts to get cold I experience more discomfort. I use special creams and apply masks, but rather everything has a soothing effect.

Female, 55 years old. I have been struggling with rosacea for several years. At first I tried various creams, but nothing worked. It wasn’t until I went to a dermatologist who prescribed special lotions and creams that the appearance of my skin improved. I’ve also recently been to a nutritionist, who took note of my complexion and advised me to avoid spicy foods.

Female, 40 years old. I have had frequent erythema for the past three years. During a check-up it turned out that I had hypertension. I started taking medication and the erythema reduced significantly.

Female, 60 years old. I personally went through all three stages of rosacea. In the first stage there was only erythema, then pimples started to appear, which progressed to large nodules in the third stage. Fluid wasn’t helping anymore and I finally went to a dermatologist who outlined a plan that worked for me. I recovered for a year and it worked, but I still go to the dermatologist because the erythema remains.

Beata, 29. I party a lot, drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes and often eat spicy food, well I’m starting to have a problem with my skin. It is red and vascular. So far I’ve been using creams for couperose skin and redness, and masks before parties, and then lots of powder and it’s OK, but I think I’ll have to buy some better creams and go for some treatments, because I’m not going to give up parties yet.

My battle with acne started as early as adolescence and continues even though I am now 23. At first it was normal for me because I knew it was inevitable during puberty, but when I turned 20 I started to wonder when I would have peace with acne. Of course, I was treated by a dermatologist who prescribed various creams and ointments, some of which didn’t help at all and some of which helped quite a bit, but only for a while because once my skin got used to the cream, it stopped helping and things got worse. To be honest, I can’t say what type of acne it is, but the worst as far as acne is concerned is my jaw (where there are also acne blemishes) and forehead, while on my cheeks I have very sensitive skin, I would even say that my capillaries break out in this area. My acne worsens after summer, which means it’s worse in autumn and winter, and the broken capillaries are most visible when it’s very hot or very cold. This is why I want to try your cosmetic kit.

I am a teenager of 15 years old. My main problem is rosacea and redness. They don’t flare up in summer or winter as they are constantly aggravated, especially on my cheeks, chin and around my mouth. Visits to the dermatologist haven’t changed much and money for medication and ointments comes out of my wallet by the handful. I try to combat my problematic complexion by changing my diet to a healthier one, excluding fatty foods and sweets, cleansing my face thoroughly, doing cleansing scrubs and smoothing scrubs to even out my complexion. Ointments don’t help much, which I’m disappointed about. What I look out for in cosmetics is that there is no alcohol, which can irritate and dry out the skin, and no clogging ingredients or silicone. I like to admire a natural formulation or one similar to the Chantarelle brand, as I can imagine what this company’s cosmetics could do to my face – it would certainly be much nicer, refreshed and cleaner. I wash my skin on a daily basis with micellar lotion, use aloe vera gel, apply foundation and some powder, wash everything off in the evening and do a scrub and then use an ointment related to my skin problem, which I have been fighting for 5 years. I used to go to a beautician for a facial cleansing and once for a microdermabrasion, unfortunately this didn’t help as I expected. I have a lot of complexes because of the appearance of my face, and I don’t want to ruin it at a young age with make-up. If I had won the Chantarelle products, I’m sure the complexes would have decreased and my self-esteem would have increased. I would no longer be afraid that someone would notice my visible imperfections. I would also be able to show myself off to my boyfriend without a problem – natural with beautiful skin. I would be very happy and relieved, after such a long agonising battle full of tears, heartbreak and an unwillingness to look in the mirror.

My problem that I am trying to fight is rosacea. Even as a teenager, I had problems with typical teenage acne, which would go away and reappear. That kind of woman, very indecisive 🙂 The papules and pimples accumulated as if under the subcutaneous layer force me to use foundation. I can also see tiny scars in places, probably the result of having had acne for a long time. I use a lot of cosmetics to annihilate my acne or even to alleviate it, but I am still waiting for the moment when I break free and my skin comes alive again. I have given up all stimulants completely, I eat a healthy diet and I use dermocosmetics. I think the biggest problem might be the constantly misguided choice of creams. I don’t use creams with aha or dioxane- initially the skin even looks good, but after a period of a few weeks it dries out incredibly, resembling dry, burnt snake skin…. Now, in winter, the skin problems gain double strength, my face is badly affected by cold weather, temperature changes, dry air. Of course, with the arrival of January there will be facial swelling, which will reduce my confidence by ninety per cent. The nightmare will last until the end of February, and only then, satisfied, full of motivation, will I put on my dress and hit the streets. I’m still trying to fight my skin on my own, or rather with the help of a friend who’s knowledge of creams is non-trivial, it was she who recommended the competition on your website to me. I am twenty-three years old and, of course, I am a woman :).

My biggest problem is visible capillaries, especially around my nose. My skin tolerates temperature changes badly, so in winter when I go from outside into a warm room it doesn’t react very well. In summer, I avoid the sun. I mainly look for soothing ingredients in cosmetics and avoid alcohol. I moisturise my skin daily. At least once a year I use a vascular reduction treatment (IPL) at a beauty salon, unfortunately the results are not permanent.

Hello, I am 25 years old. I have suffered from a severe form of juvenile acne since the age of 12, I was treated summarily for 8 years – eventually with oral retinoids. I have currently developed a new problem, a diagnosis from my doctor – rosacea. I was devastated. So many years of fighting, scars on my face and now this. I use the doctor’s preparations regularly at night, sometimes I need to take oral preparations in addition – when the problems get worse – for me it’s usually when the temperatures change – autumn and spring – that’s when the ‘rash’ happens, and when I’m stressed – a study session always made me look worse. I have to be extremely careful about the products I use on a daily basis – often creams clog my pores and make the problem worse, so I have a lot of ‘lingering’ products – ones I’ve bought that I can’t use. It’s also a problem that my skin is no longer as ‘oily’ as it used to be – I can see signs of fatigue and dryness as a result of the medications I use – I can already see that I need day care, under foundation. I badly need something that will protect my skin. It will alleviate redness and inflammatory blemishes. I have just started a new phase in my life – hospital job, flat, relationship – I would also like to give such a ‘new phase’ to my skin, I feel it is time for a change. I would love to try your product, I have high hopes for it and I think it is a brand that will be worth trusting.

I am 28 years old and my problem is erythema and vascular skin. You can see a network of unsightly dilated capillaries on my face. Every time I eat something warm, drink coffee or get embarrassed or stressed, a burning erythema appears, especially on my left cheek. I have tried various creams but the problem does not reduce at all. I also had a laser procedure to remove the capillaries around my nose, but I only developed scarring and have only been using creams ever since. I know I should avoid coffee, hot spices etc, but it really only takes a little bit to cause redness on my face.

Hello, I have vascular skin, but I only found out about it last year and only now I know what mistakes I was making (using moisturisers in winter, using coarse peels). My skin is most exposed to the cold and wind in winter. Now, in order to help my skin I use creams that are typical for vascular skin, I do peels max. once a week and only with a fine grain. I treat my skin with a day and night cream every day; I remove my make-up daily with a face wash gel; I cleanse my skin with a milk and then with a toner. I attend a beautician several times a year to improve the condition of my skin. Female, 25

I am 32 years old and have a vascular complexion that is a demanding partner – sensitive, capricious and easily affected by emotions. There are few moments when she breathes a sigh of relief. And the list of recommendations and restrictions is unfortunately long. Therefore, nurturing her is quite a challenge. However, this does not mean that it is impossible to make friends with her. My biggest problem is the capillaries in the nose and eye area. In the beginning, I fought the vascular problem on my own, but the result was not what I expected, but now, with the help of a dermatologist, I am tackling them and the results are really surprising. The key to success has been gentle skincare, the right cosmetics and a change in diet. Above all, I started to strengthen, soothe, moisturise and protect my skin from negative stimuli – weather conditions (sun, frost, wind), stress, avoid what irritates it and experiment with cosmetics. In order to meet her requirements and satisfy her in the first place, I learned to care for her properly to prevent the problem from worsening. Vascular skin is thin and sensitive, and any mistake in its care avenges itself with more spider veins. I carry out my skin care treatments carefully and gently – avoiding massages, friction and heating. I only use gentle cosmetics from a single skincare line that provide comprehensive care for the skin – toning, strengthening and protecting. In doing so, I avoid preparations containing irritants with alcohol, menthol, peppermint, eucalyptus oil, glycols, preservatives, fragrances and dyes. For make-up removal, a micellar liquid works best. Once a week, I use a gentle enzymatic scrub and a red clay mask, which complement each other perfectly. The cornerstone of vascular skin care is a cream in which I look for beneficial ingredients – rutin, gluconolactone, lactobionic and azelaic acid, horse chestnut extract, arnica montana, horsetail, ginkgo biloba extract, chamomile, calendula, lime, urea, shea butter and vitamins C and E. Regardless of the season, the cream must contain a protective filter. Dietary changes have been very important. I now make sure it is especially rich in calcium and vitamins C, E and K, which are great for strengthening and sealing the capillaries. I therefore reach for all citrus fruits, red peppers, lettuce, green peas, broccoli, cabbage and spinach. On the other hand, I avoid spicy, hot dishes, stimulants (coffee, alcohol, cigarettes) and I have completely given up “warming” spices (pepper, chilli, cinnamon, ginger). I supplemented my daily care and diet with supplements containing vitamin C and rutin. I now adhere to the principle – ‘less is better’ – and as a result, my skin has calmed down, strengthened and is regaining a healthy, brighter appearance. It just becomes noticeably more beautiful. The vascular problem hasn’t disappeared completely, but with the knowledge I feel I’m taking good care of it.

I am a non-tummy bearer of vascular skin that is sensitive to many factors. My biggest problem is probably the change in temperatures, which is unavoidable in autumn/winter. My skin, especially on my cheeks, instantly turns red, overcast and flushed and I don’t feel comfortable or confident with it. In addition, my skin is often itchy, burning, irritated, overheated and shows red, unsightly strands. I avoid paraffin in cosmetics because of blackheads, as well as alcohol, zinc, menthol. Instead, I look for mountain arnica, algae, yarrow, chamomile, chestnut, calendula, witch hazel and vitamin Ci K, which are great for my complexion. I’m also careful about my diet, avoiding spices, alcohol, citrus, peppers, strong tea and coffee, while I try to eat lots of vitamin C-rich foods (such as sauerkraut, yum). On a daily basis, I avoid pink shades in my make-up (especially in foundation), I’m careful about my diet, I avoid tanning beds, and I always use a high sunscreen in summer. I don’t forget sunscreen in the other seasons either. I am also careful about facial scrubs, especially mechanical ones. I use gentle micellar lotions and mild cleansing gels to remove my make-up. I avoid rubbing my face, for example when washing off a mask. In winter, I protect my skin well against frost, wind and snow. I fight with my skin on my own and try to expand my knowledge on the subject and update it all the time. Female, 29 years old.

Female, 34 years old. I have vascular skin. I take care of it by using suitable cosmetics that do not contain substances that can further irritate it. I use cosmetics that contain substances that seal and strengthen the capillaries. In addition, in summer I use vascular skin care creams with sun protection.

Female, 47 years old. My skin is a vascular complexion. I try to use creams for this skin. I had some major capillaries and that year I had it closed by laser at a beautician. It was not a pleasant procedure, but the results continue to be satisfactory. I also use vascular sealing masks and take supplements.

Female, 58 years old. During the menopause the symptoms of rosacea started to appear. First the erythema and then the pimples came on. I thought it was mature skin acne, but a visit to the dermatologist dispelled these thoughts. I am also fighting bravely. I use specialised preparations, ointments and creams. But all the time I have to be careful and watch that the lesions have worsened. Such a battle with windmills.

Female, 33 years old. I used steroids for 5 years. Unfortunately, the consequence is now skin problems. The beautician described my skin as sensitive and vascular and the dermatologist said that I have the beginnings of rosacea. I use creams for vascular skin and rosacea as a matter of course. Regular application gives results. I also have to watch out for weather changes. I use sunscreens in the summer, although if I get a tan I look better.

Anita 25 years old. I have dilated capillaries. The problem doesn’t get worse depending on the season, but depending on my lifestyle. Since I started following my dermatologist’s recommendations, my capillaries have not increased and my skin is clearly in better condition. I don’t eat spicy condiments and I don’t use saunas or take hot baths. I benefit from specialised treatments using, among other things, CHANTERELLE professional cosmetics at the beauty salon for vascular skin. At home I use the Red Stop line because it works 100% in creams I look for vitamin K.

My name is Olga and I am 44 years old. I have been struggling with the problem of dilated blood vessels for a good few years now. Unfortunately, dilated capillaries are a genetic thing in my family. When the weather is warm or when I get angry, the erythema on my face is even worse. There is no cure, but I can combat this condition with creams for capillary skin. I regularly go to a dermatologist who gives me professional treatments such as laser vessel sealing. I am pleased with the results, but the treatments have to be repeated, which is expensive.
