DESCRIPTION:

The Melan Inhibitor 2-Peptide System is a brightening and anti-inflammatory complex of two peptides: Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-36 and Methyl Undecenoyl Leucinate. These peptides are antagonists of ETBR and MC-1R receptors and thus important factors for inhibiting the melanogenesis pathway and the formation of pigmentary lesions. This complex acts synergistically to reduce melanogenesis by inhibiting key melanogenic pathways and is an effective agent for reducing spots and hyperpigmentation. It also provides an anti-inflammatory effect against environmental stimuli such as UV radiation. Effectively inhibits UV-induced tyrosinase expression and production, tyrosinase activity and ultimately melanin production. It has no cytotoxic effects and does not cause irritation or sensitisation reactions. The brightening and whitening effects have been confirmed by in-vivo studies. In vitro and clinical in-vivo results showed that both peptides effectively inhibit UV-induced expression and production of tyrosinase, tyrosinase activity and melanin production.

Senolytic Proteome Youth Extract – is extracted from Swiss alpine rose. Rejuvenates the skin using the innovative anti-ageing concept of senolytics. Protects and repairs protein structure damaged by carbonylation, oxidative and inflammatory stress. It helps to remove senescent cells, so-called “zombie cells”, resistant to apoptosis, from the skin – without affecting healthy cells. “Zombie cells” cause inflammation and degradative damage, so their removal improves the skin’s regenerative capacity. The ingredient protects the structure of the proteome-forming proteins from damage by reactive oxygen species (carbonylation).

Nisinoxid® – a proprietary peptide antimicrobial and antioxidant system developed by Chantarelle’s scientific research department. It has rejuvenating and regenerating properties and is proven by studies to be effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, moulds and fungi. It counteracts aggressive free radicals and the effects of damage, including hyperpigmentation. Contains the polypeptide nisin and a complex of sodium levulinate and anisic acid sodium.

Neuro-Spot – extracted from sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum) is a neuro-active ingredient with properties that reduce the surface and colour of spots. The innovative mechanism of action inhibits melanin synthesis by inhibiting melanin synthesis induced by keratinocytes (under stress) and inhibiting neural factor-induced melanin secretion.

Ultra-Lift Hydroxyproline – is a vector of hydroxyproline, a key element in collagen structure that has a triple anti-wrinkle, firming and moisturising effect. The amino acid Hydroxyproline is a famous youth molecule with anti-ageing, anti-radical and toning properties, and is necessary for the construction of new collagen fibres. It plays a key role in collagen synthesis and stability, reduces deep wrinkles and micro-wrinkles resulting from skin dehydration. Increases the skin’s ability to bind water, inhibits the action of MMPs – enzymes responsible for skin ageing. Smoothes and increases skin elasticity with a lifting effect.

Allantoin VC – a complex of ascorbic acid with allantoin. Combines the whitening, antioxidant and anti-ageing effects of vitamin C with the soothing and moisturising effects of allantoin. The complex protects against free radicals and reduces the effects of photo-ageing and skin ageing. Thanks to vitamin C, it reduces the intensity of hyperpigmentation by inhibiting tyrosinase activity. It lightens the skin tone and pigmented lesions due to oxidative damage. It is an active promoter of collagen synthesis and therefore has a rejuvenating effect. Allantoin counteracts hypersensitivity and excessive reaction to the sun. It has antioxidant properties. Protects against free radicals, which are the cause of accelerated skin ageing.

Vitamin C (SAP – Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate) – a highly stable vitamin C derivative is metabolised in more than 95% to ascorbic acid in the skin after only 2 minutes, which further penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin. Thanks to its properties of inhibiting melanin synthesis and acting against free radicals, it helps to protect the skin from photodamage for a beautiful and healthy appearance. It is a powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger. It improves skin firmness, stimulates collagen production, reduces the appearance of age spots and visibly evens out skin tone.

Turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) – has depigmenting and skin tone brightening properties, as well as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Promotes skin protection against the formation of hyperpigmentation. Reduces signs of ageing by improving the skin’s elasticity, firmness and ability to regenerate. Photoprotective action gives protection against UV damage. Extract of bearberry (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) – inhibits melanogenesis by reducing the activity of tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin production. As a result of this process, it inhibits the formation of hyperpigmentation.

Marigold extract (Calendula Officinalis) – is rich in flavonoids and carotenes. Accelerates wound healing, soothes irritation, counteracts flaking. Has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Recommended especially for irritated, sensitive and polluted skin.

Vitamin E – known as the “vitamin of youth”. It is responsible for the formation of epidermal cells, inhibits the skin’s ageing process and restores its balance. Protects against harmful UV radiation, prevents strong oxidation of lipids in the skin. It counteracts the release of free radicals, helps maintain the elasticity of the skin and thus prevents skin ageing and the formation of wrinkles.

Bio-chromophores, of plant origin developed by Chantarelle experts, are components of light-sensitive preparations for PDT LASER or LED photodynamic therapies, which have a special ability to absorb light of a specific wavelength. Applied to the skin area subjected to therapy, they accumulate laser light multiplying the energy reserve in the cell, thus maximising: the efficiency of metabolism and absorption of active ingredients contained in the preparations.
