Algae plastic mask with copper and vitamins C and B₆. Copper has a multidirectional protective effect and helps slow down the skin’s ageing process. It is a micronutrient that is a component of many enzymes and processes in the skin. It influences the synthesis of elastin, collagen, proteoglycans and also melanin. It is responsible for the action of SOD (superoxide dismutase – a natural defence system against free radicals). Vitamins C and B₆ have a rejuvenating, regenerating and anti-wrinkle effect.

The mask is very efficient (10g – for facial skin) very well prepared (water can be added at any stage of preparation), does not run off, has a natural fragrance. Professional powder formulation – modelling and occlusive.

DESCRIPTION:

Copper – exhibits multidirectional protective effects and helps slow down the skin’s ageing process. It is a micronutrient that is a component of many enzymes and processes in the skin. It influences the synthesis of elastin, collagen, proteoglycans, as well as melanin. It is responsible for the action of SOD (superoxide dismutase – a natural defence system against free radicals).

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – has a brightening, anti-radical and photoprotective effect against UV radiation and aggressive free radicals. Lightens discolouration, evens out skin tone. Rejuvenates the skin, stimulates collagen renewal, strengthens blood vessels.

Vitamin B₆ – otherwise known as pyridoxine, adermine. It is resistant to temperature and oxidation, susceptible to UV radiation. Vitamin B6 has the strongest effect with pyridoxal involved in amino acid and fatty acid metabolism and skin cell metabolism. According to some data, vitamin B6 delays the ageing process. It is added in the form of pyridoxine palmitate in nourishing, regenerating and anti-ageing creams. In addition, it is used in the treatment of acne.

Alginate – a substance in powder form, with high porosity, obtained from the cell wall of an alga. During cosmetic procedures, alginate has an “occlusive effect”, i.e. it forms a “film” on the skin, which reduces TEWL (Transepidermal Water Loss). The mask also opens the pores of the skin and helps the pre-applied active ingredients to penetrate.

Directions for use

10 g powder mix with water to the consistency of thick cream. Apply immediately, protecting the eyes. Once gelled, remove the patch and remove any residue with the lotion of your choice.
