What data does the e-Store automatically collect?

5. Some subpages within the e-Store and other means of communication with the Customer may contain so-called “web beacons” (electronic images). Web beacons allow us to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that loaded the page on which the web beacon was placed, the page URL, the page load time, the browser type, as well as information contained in cookies, to assess the effectiveness of our advertising. This data will be archived and used for statistical analysis and to evaluate the global traffic of e-Store users. This data will not be combined with personal data provided by the Customer.
What data does the e-Store collect during registration and purchases?
1. The e-Store will collect the following personal data from the Customer via the appropriate form and other forms of communication, in the case of purchases and the registration process:
a) username (login) and display name
b) password for registering in the e-Store
c) last name and first name
d) registered address
e) delivery address, if different from the registered address
f) email address
g) landline or mobile phone number
2. Providing the above data is voluntary, but necessary to make a purchase in the e-Store.
3. Furthermore, the e-Store may collect the following information from professional Customers for authorization purposes:
a) facility profile
b) company/institution name
c) company/institution address
d) company/institution telephone number
4. Providing the above data is voluntary and requires the Customer’s consent and is necessary only for the purposes indicated above. We emphasize that the Customer does not have to provide this data if they do not wish to use the options indicated above.
5. Every Customer has the right to

E-Store Newsletter
1. Subscribing to the newsletter allows you to periodically receive information about new products, competitions, and promotions. We only send these advertising and promotional materials to a given Customer if they have expressly consented to receiving promotional materials.
Disclosure of Information
1. For the purpose of fulfilling the contract, the e-Store may share data collected from the Customer with the following entities: British Post, courier companies, and payment system operators. In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum.
2. For Customers outside the UK, the e-Store may share their data with our sales representative in the country from which the Customer originates. This data is transferred for the purpose of fulfilling the order in that country. 3. Technical Measures and Customer Obligations

2. All connections related to Customer registration in the e-Store, providing their data, or making electronic payments will be made via a secure, encrypted connection.
3. However, the measures we have taken may prove insufficient if our Customers themselves do not adhere to the security rules. a) In particular, the Customer should keep their e-Store login and password confidential and not share them with third parties. Please note that the Online Store will not ask the Customer for their login and password, except when logging in to the Online Store.
b) To prevent unauthorized access to the Customer’s account, please log out after using the Online Store, especially if logging in on a computer with multiple users.
c) It is also recommended to use a secure password that: does not repeat the Customer’s login or first and last name; and consists of upper and lower case letters, as well as numbers.
How can the Customer exercise their rights?
1. Each Customer can view and edit their data at any time after logging in to the Online Store using their email address and password.
