Why don’t all users see the price offer for the professional customer?
CHANTARELLE is a brand of retail and professional dermocosmetics. The professional cosmetics range is designed for cosmetologists and doctors. They have the knowledge and skills to perform specialised cosmetic or aesthetic treatments. Care and due diligence are required in the application of many specialised preparations. Access to the service for the professional customer can also be obtained by owners and employees of beauty parlours, SPAs, aesthetic medicine or pupils, students, lecturers of cosmetic schools and medical universities.

How can I shop at www.CHANTARELLE.co.uk?
– If you are a retail customer you should register at www.chantarelle.co.uk, and if you already have an account – you should log in, then go to the category of the e-shop and select products – by clicking on the basket icon.
– If you are a professional customer – after registration, you should wait for an e-mail with authorization of your status, which is sent by the administrator of our e-shop. After receiving this message – you can use the full offer – also for professional customers.
– After selecting products in the e-shop, the system itself will ask you to fill in the missing data, such as the type of payment, shipping and others. Please enter any comments and requests concerning your order and shipping in the NOTES AND SUGGESTIONS field.

I am a Professional Customer – how can I use the full offer?
If you are a Professional Customer you can see the full offer and access the “For Professionals” section. However, you need to authorise your Professional Client status: in the registration form provide your company’s Tax ID and/or send a scan/ photocopy of a document confirming your connection with the professional cosmetics industry:
– entry in the register of business activities – salon/SPA etc.,
– a diploma of graduation from a cosmetology school / college,
– a student card or a cosmetology school card,
It is possible to authorise an account for a professional client only by the company’s VAT number, if it indicates activity related to the professional cosmetics industry.

How much do I pay for shipping my order?
The shipping cost: 10£ , regardless of the delivery method chosen by the customer (courier company, British Post) and regardless of the payment method chosen (prepayment by bank transfer, payment in cash on delivery).
