DESCRIPTION:

Ergothioneine Hyal Antioxidant Ferment – ​​a complex of ergothioneine with hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid and trehalose. Obtained through the fermentation of oriental mushrooms Hericium Erinaceum and Tricholoma Matsutake, which increases the concentration of ergothioneine nearly 15-fold. Ergothioneine is a natural amino acid obtained from these mushrooms. Ergothioneine captures active oxygen species much faster than other antioxidants because keratinocytes (epidermal cells) possess receptors for ergothioneine, allowing it to penetrate the cell membrane (cytoprotective effect), while most other antioxidants act in the extracellular matrix (around the cell). It has strong antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cytoprotective effects. It protects cells from damage and DNA and mitochondria in skin cells.
