The anti-stress soothing toning mist contains the peptide Dermsooth P to reduce symptoms of erythema, redness and inflammation. It reduces discomfort and itching. In addition, it reduces transepidermal water loss TEWL improving hydration and the state of the epidermal barrier. The mist also contains Nisinoxid® – an antibacterial and antioxidant system with nisin peptide and a complex of sodium levulinate and anisic acid sodium salt, which supports the balance of the microbiome, strengthens the integrity of the skin barrier acting against bacteria, moulds and fungi, aggressive free radicals and the effects of damage. Non-ionic gold particles have a regenerative and antibacterial effect, while large-molecule hyaluronic acid (1MDa) increases moisture reserves. The complex has very strong antioxidant properties – neutralising free radicals and helping to restore the integrity of the epidermal barrier. Borage extract (Borago officinalis) with moisturising effects thanks to mucilaginous substances that form a characteristic film on the stratum corneum to help regulate water loss. On the other hand, the organic acids contained in the extract enhance the keratinisation process.
Papaya extract (Carica Papaya) – contains papain, an enzyme naturally found in papaya fruit – which loosens the connections between corneocytes and exfoliates dead skin cells. They smooth the skin and prepare it to receive the active ingredients of skincare formulations.
