Plant Plasma is a state-of-the-art regenerative cosmetology treatment that uses GROWTH PEPTID FACTORS to naturally stimulate skin renewal. It is an intensive anti-ageing and revitalising dermo-cure. It improves the main skin parameters: density, tone, hydration and smooths wrinkles and protects the skin microbiome. The application combines the PDT / LED laser method with mechanical techniques (rollers, micro-needles, dermapenes).
How do growth peptide factors work?
Growth peptide factors are signal substances found naturally in the human body, including in the skin, that stimulate cell growth, proliferation and differentiation. They are proteins or peptides or non-protein substances (steroids) that are responsible for intercellular signalling. Their function is to communicate between the cells of the epidermis and skin and transmit the signal to the relevant cells. The secreted growth factors are recognised by receptors – surface proteins of the target cells. This initiates a cascade of various reactions, including the activation of the skin’s natural renewal processes for skin rejuvenation.
Growth peptide factors are functional messengers between cells, and because these factors play a key role in skin renewal, they are essential for skin rejuvenation.
Among the growth factors relevant to the skin are:
- EGF – epidermal growth peptide factors
- FGF – fibroblast growth peptide factors
- PDGF – platelet-derived growth peptide factors
- TGF -transforming growth peptide factors
The importance of growth peptide factors – a signal for renewal and rejuvenation
As we age, the efficiency of the skin’s regenerative processes decreases, and the skin loses elasticity, wrinkles, dryness, roughness, discolouration and other signs of ageing appear. The ability of growth factors in the skin to trigger repair processes also diminishes. Advanced rejuvenation treatments rely on the body’s natural ability to restore and intensify natural regenerative processes. This makes it possible to inhibit the ageing process and regain a healthier and younger-looking skin. A method for precisely activating regenerative processes is the use of preparations containing the body’s natural signalling substances that activate the processes of cell growth and proliferation, i.e. GROWTH PETICIDE FACTORS. Such substances can be isolated from biological material or produced by biotechnological methods.
REGENERATING COSMETOLOGY – BIOSTIMULATION – is a trend in aesthetic cosmetology that aims to trigger the skin’s natural regenerative processes under conditions of slowed renewal mechanisms caused by age and other ageing factors.
Peptide growth factors targeting the problem
Plant Plasma Chantarelle’s cutting-edge regenerative cosmetology treatments use growth peptide factors to naturally stimulate skin renewal. The targeted regenerative effect of the skin is made possible by modern biotechnological methods, which produce and isolate HUMAN IDENTICAL GROWTH PECTIDIC FACTORS from plants, while maintaining the highest level of safety. The extracted growth peptide factors are synthetic human growth factors. The obtained bio-compatible growth peptide factors such as transforming growth peptide factor beta (TGF-β) or epidermal growth peptide factor (EGF) are identical to those produced in the skin, and are also sterile and highly active. At the same time, they are free of
- components of human, animal or bacterial origin
- endotoxins
- preservatives
Methods of application
Growth peptide agents are effective both when administered superficially to the skin (penetration through hair follicles, sweat ducts or surface effects that produce a physiological effect) and when introduced via micropuncture or laser techniques. The Plant Plasma Chantarelle treatment line is an intensive dermo-cure with Growth Peptide Factors, stimulating the skin for renewal, anti-ageing and revitalisation. Thanks to activation of natural renewal processes, it improves skin parameters: density, tone, hydration, smooths wrinkles and strengthens collagen structure.
Growth peptide factors in Plant Plasma treatment
Includes treatment formulations and skincare creams that are based on growth peptide factors with proven effects:
- Epidermal growth peptide factor EGF: intensive anti-ageing action, revitalising and improving the appearance of the skin – reducing sagging and wrinkles, regenerating the epidermis, normalising hydration and pore size. The improvement in skin parameters and appearance is the result of stimulation of keratinocyte proliferation and thus increased synthesis of collagen (young collagen +123% within 7 days of application), elastin (+45% within 7 days of application) and fibronectin. It also has the effect of increasing EGF-mediated hyaluronic acid biosynthesis in keratinocytes.
- Transforming growth peptide factor TGF-β2: rejuvenating effect on chronological as well as extrinsic ageing by promoting increased fibroblast division, upregulation of the expression of extracellular matrix proteins such as collagen, fibronectin and integrin, while inhibiting matrix protein degradation through inhibition of extracellular matrix metalloproteinases.

Main active ingredients
Growth peptide factor EGF – gives intensive anti-ageing action i.e. revitalisation and improvement of skin appearance, reduction of sagging and wrinkles, regeneration of the epidermis, normalisation of hydration and pore size. Growth factor TGF-β2 – has a rejuvenating effect on both chronological and extrinsic ageing by promoting increased fibroblast division, increasing the expression levels of extracellular matrix proteins such as collagen, fibronectin and integrin, while inhibiting matrix protein degradation through inhibition of extracellular matrix metalloproteinases. Filmlift Protector – biomimetic natural glucopolymers from the Tara tree (Caesalpinia spinosa) and red alga (Kappaphycus alvarezii) with film-forming and protective properties against external factors (PM 2.5 and PM 10, allergens, irritants). The dense, doubly interwoven network acts as a natural barrier to protect the skin, without a mask effect. It gives a natural lifting and smoothing effect and has an anti-ageing effect. Equibiome™ – a unique extract of young burdock roots (Great Burdock) derived from aeroponic culture (no solid medium – soil or liquid medium – water). It has unique properties for maintaining the balance of the resident flora on the skin. It therefore protects the skin microbiome (microbiota). It counteracts bacteria and inflammation. In addition to its topical action on skin problems such as eczema, acne and psoriasis, it strengthens the integrity and resistance of the epidermis to damage, reduces inflammatory reactions caused by pathogens, including Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. It gives the skin the comfort of being smoothed and moisturised. Hyaluronic acid – with a variety of molecule sizes from ultra-low molecular weight 5 kDa (ULMW) and medium molecular weight 50 kDA to high molecular weight 1 MDa. This allows it to penetrate to different levels of the skin, moisturising it deeply and forming an occlusive layer. It forms a protective film, increases moisture reserves and reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL). Gives an immediate sense of proper skin tone and elasticity.
Plant extracts
Amla extract (Emblica officinalis) is extracted from the Indian gooseberry. Due to its valuable properties, it is widely used in medicine, as it has antibacterial and antiviral effects. The raw material, which originates from India, is used in cosmetics, mainly as a rejuvenating agent and to remove skin discolouration. The extract has a beneficial effect on the skin: it brightens the skin and removes minor skin blemishes. Thanks to its high vitamin C content, it neutralises free radicals and delays the ageing process. Liquorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – extract from the root of this plant has strong water-binding properties in the skin. It is therefore an effective moisturising ingredient. It soothes skin irritation and inflammation, alleviates the effects of UV radiation and has antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal properties. Strengthens blood vessels, reduces under-eye puffiness and skin redness, brightens skin tone. It increases the regenerative ability of skin cells, which is why it is also used in cosmetic preparations as an anti-wrinkle ingredient. Inhibits the activity of tyrosinase, an enzyme that contributes to the formation of discolouration. Saponica extract (Saponaria officinali) – natural saponins with vitalizing effects. They have a mild cleansing and decongestant effect, which helps to combat excessive sebum secretion. Chestnut extract (Aesculus hippocastanum)-is an important ingredient in preparations against broken capillaries. It also has a mattifying effect on the skin and removes impurities. It has firming and UV-protective properties. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-oedematous effects while strengthening blood vessels. Avocado extract (Persea Gratissima) – has anti-ageing and antioxidant properties, stimulates collagen synthesis. Helps protect the skin from UV rays and free radicals. Improves barrier function and moisturises. Particularly recommended for sensitive and irritated skin.
Vitamins
Vitamin A (Retinol Palmitate) – has a protective and regenerative effect on the epidermis, soothes inflammation. In addition, it is responsible for the growth and maturation of epithelial cells.
Vitamin E (Tocopheryl acetate) – known as the “vitamin of youth. It is responsible for the formation of epidermal cells, inhibits the skin’s ageing process and restores its balance. Protects against harmful UV radiation, prevents strong oxidation of lipids in the skin. It counteracts the release of free radicals, helps maintain the elasticity of the skin and thus prevents skin ageing and the formation of wrinkles.
Vitamin B₅ (Calcium Pantothenate) – activates metabolic processes, has a soothing and calming effect, reduces redness. Activates epidermal cell division, accelerating healing and soothing irritation, moisturises and softens the epidermis. Improves the structure of the epidermis, has a shielding effect, stimulates epithelial formation. It has an anti-inflammatory effect, improves and increases the moisture content of the skin – dry skin becomes smooth and supple.
Vitamin B₇ (biotin, vitamin H) – its correct concentration in the body determines the healthy appearance of skin, hair and nails. This is due to the sulphur molecules included in the vitamin, which regulate the activity of the sebaceous and sweat glands. Due to its similar chemical structure to the urea molecule, similar moisturising properties are observed.
Inositol (Inositol) – a plant component, mainly extracted from the hulls of cereal grains. Has an anti-ageing effect. Blocks the tyrosinase process, which prevents melanin formation and hyperpigmentation. Prevents blood vessels from bursting and causes so-called ‘spider veins’ to hide. Natural antioxidant.
Alanthoin (provitamin A) – counteracts hypersensitivity and overreaction to the sun. Has antioxidant properties. Protects against free radicals, which are the cause of faster skin ageing.
Vegetable oils
Calendula oil macerate (Calendula Officinalis Flower + Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil) – has effective anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. These properties are enhanced by the action of sunflower oil, which contains vitamin E and linoleic acid. For this reason, calendula oil is used in cosmetics targeting a purifying and antiseptic effect. Avocado Oil (Persea Gratissima Oil) – regenerating avocado oil with a very high content of triglycerides and natural vitamins A and E. Thanks to its soothing, moisturising and emollient properties, as well as its rapid penetration without leaving a sticky film – it is effective in rejuvenating treatment and prevents skin irritation. Rose oil (Rosa Moschata Oil), also known as musk rose, is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, trans-retinoic acid, tannins, flavonoids, vitamin C and beta-carotene. Due to its composition, it has a natural ability to protect against photo-ageing. It also repairs the effects of UV exposure – smoothing wrinkles, reducing the amount and intensity of pigment spots. Corn Oil (Zea mays Oil) a valuable plant product contains large amounts of unsaturated fatty acids (contains about 60% linoleic acid), a lot of tocopherols (vitamin E). Thanks to its content of unsaturated acids, the emollient improves the epidermal barrier, reduces the risk of hyperpigmentation and normalises the skin’s keratinisation processes.
Butter and filters
Shea butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter) – obtained from the seeds of the Vitellaria paradoxa (Parka butter) tree. Contains nourishing fatty substances, vitamins E and F and ingredients that protect the skin from UVB radiation. Forms a natural sunscreen and has antioxidant properties. Has a smoothing and soothing effect on irritation. Lightly lubricates the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. Has a protective effect on the intercellular cement, moisturises and regenerates the skin. Increases the cohesion of the epidermal cells, softens and improves the elasticity and colour of the skin. UVA/UVB filters – very high photostable UVA/UVB filters to protect against radiation and skin damage.
