DESCRIPTION:

HYA-STIM 3-Peptide – a hyaluronic acid stimulator, produces a firming and remodelling effect by stimulating hyaluronic acid production from within the skin. The lack of firmness and sagging of mature skin is associated with decreasing levels of hyaluronic acid in the skin and the formation of increasingly weak collagen fibres. Hyaluronic acid production stimulator is a new generation tripeptide that acts in two directions: it strongly stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, which binds water in skin cells, protects the structure of the collagen matrix and replenishes its lack in mature skin. In vivo studies show an increase in hyaluronic acid synthesis by more than four times. The stimulator also increases levels of decorin and lumican, or proteoglycans, which strengthen collagen fibres, resulting in increased skin elasticity and resilience. Studies indicate that HYA-STIM 3-Peptide can increase collagen synthesis by up to 119%. In vitro studies further indicate that it can prevent collagen breakdown by interfering with collagen degradation of MMP1 and MMP3. It therefore has a dual effect – not only does it increase collagen synthesis, but it also reduces collagen breakdown. As a result, skin hydration is improved, wrinkles are smoothed out and skin tensions are smoothed. The facial oval is modelled and the double chin is significantly reduced.

Ti-Rutin – an antioxidant flavonoid strengthens blood vessels and prevents capillary breakage. It improves their elasticity and permeability. Stimulates microcirculation. Reduces symptoms of inflammation and irritation, soothes and reduces the discomfort of tight skin. Increases protection against the damaging effects of free radicals. It activates the cells of the defence system, reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins – mediators of inflammation. As a powerful antioxidant, it also has an anti-ageing effect.

Stress-Blockers – extracted from rosehip (Rhodiola rosea) have an anti-stress and relaxing effect while improving mood. It has a stimulating effect on β-endorphin production and antioxidant properties. β-endorphins are neuropeptides with neurotransmitter effects. These compounds are also known as ‘happiness chemicals’ because they abolish feelings of pain and modulate mood, emotions and behaviour. Rhodiola rosea has been found to increase beta-endorphin levels without significantly modifying the other hormonal parameters tested.

Beanberry extract (arbutin,Arctostaphylos uva-ursi) – inhibits melanogenesis by reducing the activity of tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for melanin production. As a result of this process, it inhibits the formation of hyperpigmentation.

Green tea extract (Camellia Sinensis) – is rich in polyphenols, tannins, alkaloids, B vitamins, vitamins K, C, P and mineral salts. It regenerates and promotes blood circulation. It has a detoxifying effect by removing free radicals. Reduces swelling, soothes and calms. The skin is better protected against UV radiation. It is used for contaminated dry, oily and acne-prone skin. It is excellent for problems with vascular fragility, irritation and sunburn. It has a regenerating and toning effect and inhibits the development of inflammation.

Chestnut extract (Aesculus hippocastanum) – is an important ingredient in preparations against broken capillaries. It also has a mattifying effect on the skin and removes impurities. It has firming and UV-protective properties. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-oedematous effects while strengthening blood vessels.

Arnica montana extract (Arnica montana) – has a broad spectrum of action. Due to the flavonoids it contains, it has anti-inflammatory effects. It is used as an excellent remedy for the elimination of bruises and swellings. It also has a regenerative effect and soothes skin irritations. Arnica is most often used for skin with a tendency to dilate and burst blood vessels and for polluted oily skin.

Hamamelis extract (Hamamelis virginiana) – contains a mixture of tannins, organic acids (gallic, ellagic), flavonoids and saponins. It has strong regenerative, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and strong astringent effects. Soothes symptoms of irritation and redness. Improves blood supply to the skin.

Common ivy extract (Hedera helix) – contains health-promoting saponins and flavonoids. One of the main characteristics attributed to these compounds is their ability to reduce the permeability and increase the resistance of blood vessels. The extract also has anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant properties. Flavonoids have a protective effect and hederins have astringent and decongestant properties. It also has a mild antiseptic effect.

St John’s wort extract (Hypericum perforatum) – due to its tannins and phloroglucinol content, St. John’s wort has antibacterial, antiseptic and astringent properties, so it is also used in dermatology as a wound healing agent. It has a regenerative and soothing effect.

Vine extract (Vitis vinifera), or grape extract, protects the skin against infections, irritation, oxidative stress and UV rays. It also has a regenerative effect on the skin, e.g. after intensive sunbathing or improper care. In addition, it improves skin tone and strongly moisturises the skin. Thanks to the presence of tannins, grape extracts make the skin more elastic, tighten and firm it. They also regulate sebum production, which makes them very suitable for oily and acne-prone skin.
